I’ve noticed the difference in my weight since taking the product. Easy to take, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening.

The pills are on the larger side but still easy to swallow. I did not have any aftertaste or issues. I was turned on to this by a friend. It is a nice energy boost and appetite suppressant. I take it first thing in the morning with some water. I am not using them as a 'diet pill' but definitely helps with energy and appetite suppression. I don't have a gall bladder. This does not upset my stomach.

I threw this away because I didn’t read the back closely. I only eat grass fed and grass finished beef and this product has regular bovine gelatin in it, which means it contains all the other garbage they feed cattle in the US, that aren’t grass fed/finished. Other than that, I’m sure the product it’s fine. I’m just very particular about that.

I research MCT oil on the internet thoroughly before purchasing it. I found enough evidence to give it a shot. I got the item today as it arrived on time. The softgels are not difficult to swallow and there isn't a taste so that is a plus. I look forward to seeing if I get any results. I will update the review later and share the results.

I kept forgetting to pour my liquid MCT oil into my coffee in the morning, so I am glad I came across these pills. They are reasonably priced, and I haven't had any issues with taking them. I haven't been taking them long enough to see the effects of weight loss yet, but research has shown that taking MCT oil over a period of time will help you lose weight!

Love this product! Looked at it because I was tired of getting my coconut oil out of a jar an and wanted the convenience of a softgel instead. Also have noticed a notable difference in how I feel and must note that my total cholesterol has gone down since I started this product. No stinky smell like you get with the fish oils. Easy to swallow softgels.
