My wife and I have used Sports Research Vitamin D3 with/ Coconut MCT Oil for several years. I believe the product is superior to other brands because it uses coconut oil instead of rice, palm oil, or other ingredients. I supplement with 10,000 units a day and have given excellent results, maintaining a healthy Vitamin D level on my labs. This is a great product, and I highly recommend the Sports Research brand Vitamin D3.

This is the very best vitamin D3 on the market. I have truly tried all brands . Sports Research definitely has this one hands down. I was taking another vitamin D before and went to doctor and they always low on vitamin D. Once I tried the Sports Research vitamin D3 and went back to doctor my vitamin D has been perfect. I don’t normally leave reviews but Sports Research has the best product on the market. I would highly recommend to try . You will definitely see a difference and feel better. I highly recommend this product is one of the best I've ever try'd and one of the cleanest product out there with out fillers or unnecessary stuff in it, its really good for the immune system and fighting colds and infections of any kind. Make sure to use this Vitamin D3 5,000 IU with Vitamin K2 MK4 5,000mcg , the best times to take D3 with K2 5,000mcg is at the end of the day just make sure you take it 3 or 4 hours before sleep to be able to sleep other wise to close to bed time will keep you awake creating insomnia. If you never use Vitamin D3 5,000 IU go easy on it, start with 1 a day and after one month you can increase 1 more every 2 or 3 weeks until you get to about 25,000 IU or 30,000 IU but only if your fighting something serious, my best Advice is to check with your Doctor to see your Vitamin levels and he or she can recommend the exact dose for your needs. The Reason I say take Vitamin K2 MK4 5,000mcg is because its the regulator of Calcium, with out this type of K2 it will create Calcification, K2 with direct the Calcium in to the right places like Bones and teeth. For 20 years I took Vd 2 because I had kidney disease. Suddenly the company stopped making it. I tried a different company but after 6 months my numbers dropped to 88. Then, with my Nephrologists permission I tried Vd3 from Sports Research ( 3500 IU daily)and after 6 months my number were at 155. After one year they are now at 189 (nmol/L ) and my kidneys are just fine. I feel great. My choice does NOT have coconut oil. I highly recommend Sports Research

Seems to be as advertised. I’ve taken it now for two or three weeks and it feels like it’s starting to kick in and make me feel better.

Good Stuff, But I prefer the 1000 mg. easier & better for me

This is the only brand I have used daily over the past couple of years. It works great. I am on a higher dose as per my doctor's instructions, and it has helped my vitamin D levels in my bloodwork finally be at healthy levels. It helps my mood greatly and I am aware within days of forgetting to take it. I would highly recommend!
