Good antenna but large for the overall size of the radio
Redacting last review. Decent antenna. But the added hub at the bottom makes it a little unwieldy due to overall size but works well.

Improve the range of your HT
These antennas have given my HT ham radios more reliable communication range than the shorter antennas that come with the radios. They have female SMA connectors, so check your radio to ensure it has a male connector before you order these antennas. They are fairly easy to fold when they are not in use but the hook & loop strap to hold the folds is not as sturdy as I would like.

Okay for price, qc seems lacking
One works but seems center pin is a lil large as I have to apply slight pressure to get a good signal. When it is working it is deff better than the rubber ducky that comes in box and outperforms the na-771 chinese clone. I bought a 2 pack, review above is for first unit, second u it had no recieve or transmit. As you can see in picture the solder popped off, resoldered and works, 3 stars because they do intact work but I had to solder one of them due to bad qc.

A Great antenna for further range
This antenna is perfect for my Raddy RF919 SSB Shortwave Radio. I like that it extends the range. Now I have everything radio wise that I need for a bugout.

Actually works.
I had to make a minor modification to the base of the antenna to get it to fit on my Baofeng UV-17 Pro Max, but compared to the antenna that came with the radio, this one gives me about 6 miles of range with obstructions, and approximately 15-20 miles line of sight. For an inexpensive antenna, Iโm pleasantly surprised at its performance. 10/10 would buy again.
