When I opened the reviews before buying this serum I was anticipating having to replace the cap it comes with but I don't believe I'll have to. The cap works perfectly fine, it's just that this is a thicker, slightly slimy serum so you're not going to get a whole full dropper of it. I think even a non push top dropper would have a hard time picking up a bigger amount.That said, back to the texture: it's extremely slimy. If that consistency in a product bothers you or is something you highly dislike this may not be the serum for you. I nearly put it right back in the box to return when I opened it and saw it looked more like a slugs slime than a typical watery serum, it's very unappealing to the eyes. But even so, it does what it claims to do.I've been using a retinol (if you're over 25 please start using one, a retinol can solve about 90% of general skin issues and make you look younger. I'm 27, everyone consistently believes I'm 18 or 19 at most and I've even had my ID declined because they thought I looked much younger than I am. Seriously, use the retinol) and it's left me with dry skin, as retinol will do because it speeds up cell turnover. I've tried various thick creams to try and combat the dryness but nothing has really worked, so I thought why not try adding a moisturizing serum into my regimen? And I'm very glad I did, because now I no longer have those stubborn areas of dry skin that seemed to resist all cream moisturizers. It adds a lovely glow to the skin without being greasy or just sitting on top. I could feel it sinking into my skin as I was applying it, that was extremely impressive to me. It has no scent and I haven't experienced any irritation so I think it plays well with the other products I use in my skincare routine.The bottle is very small, so I wouldn't call it a good value for the price. It's true you can find other comparable serums at a similar price but in larger sizes so if that's a factor in your purchase I wouldn't buy this and would instead look at other serums that come in a larger size for a similar price.

This has left my skin feeling very hydrated and smooth. I use this first and then the gel moisturizer. This line of products is so great!Small con:the dropper does not work well and feels very cheap.However, the product quality makes up for it so I make it work.

This is my favorite face serum. Easily. It's the perfect texture. No crazy smell. Soft and silky. It works really well with my face toning tools. I absolutely love that it never bothers my skin or gives me any irritation. The one thing I will say is the dropper is a menace to society. It doesn't work well at all. I was able to use it by just dipping it into the liquid and letting serum fall off the dropper, not from squeezing but sheer gravity, but once you start to get low that doesn't work anymore. I had no choice but to start tapping it out, which honestly drives me crazy, but of course I will do it to get that sweet sweet nectar. Its a great value. I will continue to use it for years, but I will also continue to gripe about the dropper until it gets fixed :P

This serum is simply the best for hydrating and calming the skin in the winter. It absorbs quickly and I use it on freshly washed/damp skin, followed by a thick moisturizer at night (or during the day, or anytime that your skin could use some soothing help or extra moisture). I absolutely love this serum and it helps keep my skin soothed and moisturized even though I use tretinoin daily. I also feel that it helps my other products absorb. It feels silky, glides on easily and never pills with other products in combination.My only complaint is that I absolutely hate the dropper. The dropper is too large for the container opening, and it makes a mess, wasting precious product. The dropper itself is clunky, doesn't pull up the product well or adequately (too small of an amount pulled into dropper). I hate the packaging!Due to the fact that I love this serum and will use it literally until I die or they stop making it, I purchased a one ounce squeeze bottle from Amazon and I simply dump the serum in a new, more easy to use bottle. While the container/dropper is terrible, the product itself is liquid GOLD. My skin has never looked more, happy, dewy and moisturized. You have to try this stuff!

My skin is always dry and tight in the winter, but this year has been particularly bad for some reason! I was eying this product for a while and finally decided to buy it, I am sure glad I did! By the first use I could instantly feel a difference in my skins texture. Where there were usually small bumps it felt smooth to the touch.Its also extremely moisturizing without being overly greasy allowing you to layer a thicker moisturizer on top and not have it feel too heavy!The only thing I’m not really fond of is the scent. Sorta natural, oatmeal smelling but stronger. It does down as the product dries so that’s a plus!I was also reading reviews after I purchased the product saying the dropper was defective on most packagings, but I have had no problems with mine so far and have been using it for a week!Overall I love this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for something to help out with their rough/dry skin!

Love the serum itself - super hydrating and my skin drinks it up. But the dropper does not work - you end up just pouring it out into your hand which is find but annoying. Would rather get something where the packaging works!

if you cannot stand the feeling of skincare being on your face this is absolutely amazing.absorbs really fast 3-5 mins and you can really feel a difference afterwards. Hydrating and I've noticed a difference in my redness too.
