As a physician I come across patients who are taking all kinds of supplements, most of which seem to be dosed Ineffectively, providing minimal benefit to the patient. And a lot of them actually have harmful compounds that people are unaware of. Wellness is one of the higher quality ones I’ve seen. And the fact that it has science based ingredients and the research studies behind it and a complete vegan multivitamin is a deal for the cost to get so many effective ingredients.Since taking it, I’ve had 4 main benefits. 1) more energy, even better than my morning coffee which I now no longer take 2) way better focus, I do not get distracted as easily and so I can get more work done in less time 3) I sleep better at night (which probably further improves the other two) 4) feel much stronger in my workouts and recovery which is what the ElevATP (my favorite ingredient, hard to find outside a workout supplement which I avoid since they’re usually loaded with artificial sweeteners and questionable ingredients) and alpha GPC are known for

’ve been taking this supplement for 3-4 months now and it’s actually made a big difference in my ability to focus and my energy levels throughout the day. that’s a big deal for me since I work in Silicon Valley. I have an intense job and go often several weeks at a time with minimal sleep. And while I know this isn’t ideal for health, wellness really helps me feel stable and focused even on less sleep and push through the tough days. Would definitely recommend to night owls or anyone with a demanding job.

This is a great product and I can certainly feel the difference in my energy level. I love that the B12 is methyl form. If you don’t know what that means, it is basically the most absorbable form.

I've been taking wellness for quite a while now... Some of the smaller benefits were noticeable after about just a week - decreased brain fog, enhanced focus, more vitality/energy, less need for caffeine, and better digestion (which was an interesting one). But recently, after taking it consistently, I am quite amazed by how well-rounded the benefits have been (so amazed that I was prompted to write this review). I'm beginning to actually feel pretty darn good mentally and physically. I've noticed that I can go longer at work. It's also great to see supplements that can assure quality and with lab testing to back it up as I have a hard time trusting most supplement brands when it comes to quality, efficacy, and purity. I'm just going to keep on taking wellness since its been great so far! The benefits seem to be getting better and better over time.

Apart from containing a wide variety of vitamins and minerals, this supplement contains Resveratrol, the oxidant found in red wine. I'm a big fan of Resveratrol, which got me excited to try this product. After an analysis of the different minerals I have to say that I think they've overdone it on the dosages a bit, but I've taken high vitamin B dose supplements in the past with success. I like the fact that its vegan and non-GMO as well.After taking this supplement for a few weeks, I can definitely say that I feel more focused and productive. I don't notice any anti-aging effects yet, that will probably take a few months to notice at minimum. I'm going to keep taking this supplement for the time being, I'll post any updates if I have them.
