Beats a bag of frozen peas
Handy to have; I keep a couple in plastic bag in freezer. Lightweight and pliable, compress is easy to apply to wound area: molds around curves (knees, elbows, ankles, etc.) Holds temp for reasonable time. My go-to ice treatment.
