I used the cream under/around my eyes every night (once a day) and the bottle lasted about 4 months. After about a month, I noticed an improvement in the fine lines under my eyes. My crows feet are not terrible (yet), but they did improve slightly, albeit not as much as the fine lines under my eyes.
