Under ArmourRecruit 3.0 Backpack, Lichen Blue (424)/Black, One Size Fits All

I have been on the search for the perfect “grab and go” gym bag. I wanted something small, but that fit the essentials - change of clothes, toiletries, water bottle, phone, keys, wallet, towel, and I also wanted something with a separate compartment for my shoes. Bonus if it had a separate compartment I could throw my swimsuit in. Apparently, this is asking a lot. The only options I was finding were basically huge duffels, or just they cost upwards of $100, and even upwards of $200 - way more than I wanted to invest for a simple gym bag. This looked like an excellent solution, even if it had more things than I really needed (I don’t need to carry my laptop to the gym). I took a gamble because the price seemed excellent ($39 at the time). I was excited to give it a try, but once it arrived I realized that it probably wouldn’t work due to its size. I’m a small lady - around 5’. So, most people probably won’t have this concern, but for me, this backpack swallowed me whole. It also had way way more storage than I needed for a simple gym outing. I knew that my search was likely to continue, and luckily I was able to find the perfect bag for my needs from Adidas (it’s a perfectly-sized tote).That said, this bag is an excellent choice for anyone who might need the extra storage, and/or doesn’t mind the size. It is well-made. The materials feel high quality and easy to clean. Depending on how rough you are with your belongings (I’m the exact opposite of that), I would expect this bag to last me a very long time. The color was also gorgeous (I got the reddish rust looking color), but I have weird taste in colors, so it may not be everyone’s cup of tea.The only concern might be the back padding and the straps if you are using this as an everyday backpack for school. The straps have very minimal padding, as does the back. Also, don’t expect the back to be stiff and supportive - there’s minimal padding and structure there, too. However, if filling this backpack with lots of books and your laptop and carrying it around for hours each day isn’t your use case (it wasn’t mine), then it probably won’t be an issue.Overall, I’d say it’s definitely worth a shot if you’re considering it. Just make sure you know what you’re getting into, and be sure to check the size if that’s something that might be a concern for you.

My son loves this bag. He is in sports and so shoe changes are a thing, as he likes his shoes not to get damaged. This bag has room for all his school supply stuff and his size 12 shoes fit in the bottom with no problem. Very pleased with this purchase.

It looks exactly like the picture if not better!!! It’s so spacious and there’s room for legit everything. My backpack is as heavy as a whole mountain; I have my big stack of folders, notebooks, an umbrella, laptop, necessities, you name it. It looks so sleek and is so high quality. Don’t even hesitate to buy it!!

Durable, I've been treating this backpack like a pinata and it is still up to par. Love all the pockets, especially the bottom one for shoes.

I just bought this steel blue colored one after already purchasing a few weeks ago the lighter white and cream colored one! For a price in the low 20's this is such a great deal! The backpacks are sturdy, look well made and have nice pockets and areas for storage. I really look forward to using this to travel or take on an airplane and have lots of room and ways to keep organized!

Backpack was great until you put it on your back. The back cushion is like a board. Returned the item and ordered one from UA website and the backing was totally different, soft padding in the back.

I struggled to find the perfect university backpack, but this is the one & is absolutely worth it!! I was looking for a backpack that would be waterproof, have a water bottle pocket, fit my 15.6" laptop, my lunch, an ipad, and still have space. This backpack absolutely delivered!!The back is fully padded, with lots of support on the strap. The inside is very spacious, since I can put my laptop, iPad, snacks, water bottle and more in this backpack! There are also 5 pockets to help you stay organized (and give u tons of space)!!

Was great at the start but is too bulky for a woman's back. Hurts my shoulders so not really worth the buy unfortunately not using anymore
