Won’t hurt your kids ears since they cap out at 85db regardless of how high you push your device volume. FYI, they don’t come with additional clips-ons. I’m not even sure the ones on the headphones can come off but I have no need to try so...to me, they’re awesome as they are. I guess one downside for me is the headphones have a plastic type wire directly connected to the headphones so I can’t change the cord to a braided one which is stronger and more safe in case of chewing. I bought them for my 2 year old daughter and she chews everything still so I have to take that into consideration.
