Good quality! *by A***. on November 25, 2018* Not much to say. It's a seal. My original has lasted over 5 years. I'm just now replacing it because I'm seeing small cracks in it and it may last a while longer but I'm not taking the chance of it leaking. Once I can I'm gonna buy a backup for my 305 and 405. Now this may sound silly but when I was a plumbers helper he taught me a trick for when it comes to doing anything with o rings. He kept a tu e of KY Kelly in his o ring box and would lube them up before repairing faucet valves or any rubber parts. And the KY is safe and not harmful if it got in tge water line or now for us in our fish tank.
