This bonnet has been a game changer for me. I have long, wavy hair with a lot of volume, and my hairdresser recommended a 100% silk bonnet to help reduce frizz and breakage, so I decided to try this one. It has made a noticeable difference. If you dye your hair frequently, this won’t repair existing damage, but it does help reduce further damage. I also have a slightly larger head and very thick hair, so I was pleasantly surprised that it fits comfortably without causing any discomfort. After using it for a few months, as my hair has grown longer and thicker, I’ve noticed it can occasionally slip off, but not often. I machine wash it in cold water and air dry it, and it still looks and feels like new.

Purchased to wear for sleep, but is stylish enough for everyday. So beautiful, soft, fits well (for an L-XL sized head) and is ACTUAL silk which is rare to find especially at this price.

Really am very happy with the gorgeous quality of the silk and the fact the cap is fully lined. I went with the peacock green and the colour is a beautiful jewel-tone deep teal that looks really luxurious. I've only been using it for a week, but I've definitely noticed more manageable curls and less frizz. The cap size works for my smaller head and short hair and stays in place all night Unfortunately, I've had to wear the cap backwards to bed because of the construction! The back of the cap has a long, bulky seam that sits right at the back of the head when you lie down that genuinely hurts after a few minutes. By turning the cap around, the smoother turban twist is at the back and is much more comfortable to sleep on. unfortunately this puts the elastic gathering at your forehead which isn't super comfortable either, but is at least manageable. The cap could definitely benefit from a redesign that would more evenly distribute the seaming instead of gathering all of the silk into one seam at the back. Might suit strictly side or stomach sleepers, but back sleepers should keep the seam issue in mind when deciding on a cap!

I’m back for another! This breathable bonnet is super comfortable and great quality for my super curly breaking hair! I have naturally thick dry curly hair and can’t sleep with it tied or sleep with tied bonnets! I need protection from the damage of sleeping on thirsty hair. I use a leave in & fine oils. I have a small head but it was easy to adjust the bonnet and easier to put on without ties. Stays on all night & keeps my curls soft and untangled in the morning! I was surprised! I’m really impressed with this bonnet. On one occasion, I took it off and did errands without even touching my hair and get compliments-one from my hair stylist!! I just want another so I don’t have to wait for mine to dry to use it again. I like the color pink…not to mention it’s a little less expensive than the other colors! Shh! Lol

My hair type is very straight, fine, curl resistant. I purchased this bonnet to use for overnight heatless curls, to help balance oil/moisture distribution, and as an alternative to my normal night time hairstyle which is a top knot messy bun which was causing some unwanted breakage and damage from the elastic. From the few times I used this , I did notice my hair was smoother, more manageable, and better, oil distribution (ends more moisturized, roots less greasy). I wash my hair once a week. The closer I get to wash day I transition from wearing my hair down to wearing it up. I was able wear my hair down for longer before transitioning to an updo because my natural scalp oil tended to not settle in my roots as much when I wore the bonnet to bed. It was a good starting point for me to see the benefit , but I think I may need a different style. I see some people said it was too big, and that was definitely not the case for me. Apparently I have a big noggin because it's pretty snug on me. It's tight enough where it affects the overall comfort level when wearing it and then it pushes its way off. So I stopped fiddling with it and quit wearing. If you have a lot of hair and it's thick, this is not the style of bonnet for you. There's not a lot of room in the cap and it fits very close to the head I also don't like my ears covered and I feel like the only way it stays on better is if I brought it down over my ears. I thought maybe I just needed to wash it and kind of break it in , but the overall fit has not changed . This is my first time buying a bonnet, I feel like there's going to be a little bit of a learning curve and some getting used to it. But I think I just need a different style/ size/shape bonnet. I will try again.

This should have 6 stars. It is the only bonnet that stays on my head. The only. It is cute and totally worth the money. It is comfy and easy to put on. I have a Japanese straight perm. IFYYK. This cap is magic. I bought another before I wrote this review to ensure I would have a back up in case this ever sells out.

I really felt in love with this silk hair cap! I liked every detail, well quality silk and beautiful package - this cap came in a lovely box. I want to add some photos but unfortunately Amazon does not give me such possibility. I tried the cap during the night and really this made SUCH A BIG DIFFERENCE to my dry and burned hair in the morning. Normally after night my hair looks awfully but with this cap they looked just same as in the evening before bed. The colour is really nice shade of gold. I wish there was a pink option, but anyway this also works for me well. The regulation of the size is really great. I love this product, it’s literally PERFECT!

It’s a real silk no question you can just see it and feel it! The bonnet is really great, I have long hair and I brush it in the evening go to sleep and don’t need to brush it again in the morning as hair is perfect. The only thing is that it’s not very comfortable on the ears it will take some getting used to. Also when I try to adjust it and make it smaller it only adjust one side so it doesn’t help as the other side feel ok and the adjusted side hurts but besides that it’s great

Thought this would be great to sleep in.. not. Slips off, doesn’t cover my hair when I have it in papillottes…. but: I have hair long enough to sit on, so if you have normal length hair it might be fine

Je l’ai renvoyé à contre cœur car c’est un très bel article mais la forme est vraiment conçue pour les cheveux très longs et/ou bouclés. Trop large pour moi avec mes cheveux sous les épaules malgré qu’ils soient épais. L’arrière du bonnet est bien large ce qui permet aux cheveux de ne pas être serrés et abîmés. La soie est très belle, la forme rétro vraiment jolie et il tient très bien en étant confortable. Aussi le moins pour moi serait qu’il tient chaud et que j’aime avoir le tête au frais la nuit.
