What is the difference between er-gn30-k and er-gn30-h?

As far as I can tell they are just different color options. I checked the Panasonic website and their manual is just listed as model no. ER-GN30 with no -k or -h listed.

what is the motor rpm?

I’m not sure, but if you haven’t purchased this item I would advise you not to make that purchase. It worked great for about a month, and then it just stopped working. I only used it once a week and tried fresh batteries to no avail. I would not purchase this item, nor would I advise anyone to do so.
