My son has oral sensory sensitivities and doesn't eat any actual real fruits, vegetables, berries or anything like that. He's been taking these for years along with some other supplements and they've been great to help make up for what he's lacking in his diet. I just noticed that the label now says "for women". It didn't used to say that. As I said, my son's been taking them for years, without any obvious negative side effects.

My young adult acne, finally, is now mostly resolved. The residual redness has also decreased dramatically. I take high quality fish oil, collagen powder, & have an excellent skin-care regimen; however, these antioxidants have been a game changer along w/ pure Hyaluronic Acid tablets. I have little to no breakouts & when I do get a flare-up, the redness resolves faster than it ever has. I've noticed decreased inflammation in general. My skin has never been this clear, glowing, & just... healthy in appearance. Be consistent, give it a few weeks, & take it in the morning for a little energy boost. I have spent thousands of dollars & years working on my acne, so in case anyone is open to suggestions: - I also take 325mg Pure Organic HA, Nordic Naturals Fish Oil, Vital Proteins Collagen Powder, Zinc, vit D & C, & Folic Acid every night. I take liquid environmental iron as well, which helped a lot initially; however, I have low iron stores so you may not need it. - I drink 2-3 liters of water daily. - I hardly drink (you will see an incredible difference in inflammation if you decrease your intake). - I have a consistent skincare regimen that works for me & includes salycic acid wash/toner, an antioxidant/vit c serum, retinol in certain areas, & argan oil face butter & argan cbd oil from Josie Maran.

I can’t usually tell if a supplement is helping or not but I have more energy and less brain fog after two weeks of taking this. It’s not like the heavens parted and God fired down lighting bolts and said , “be healed!” Or anything. But there’s a noticeable difference. I wake up and want to get out of bed instead of groaning “Dear God, take me now,” or feeling hung over when I don’t even drink! If you’re trying different things to get healthy I think this can help. If you’re looking for something you can pop every day to reverse the crappy health you have it’s going to take more than this! I mean, if you have a mountain of dirt to move, you don’t do it with a tablespoon. Same with your health. You take big steps. You quit smoking, exercise, change your diet, drink more water, give up sugar and simple carbs and ALSO take this. I did all the above (except smoking. I never smoked) and I lost 100 pounds and am now fine tuning my health. Will order it again and see how my blood work looks in six months.

I have been looking for supplements that are not only gentle on on the stomach, but has high potency.
