Warriors: Power of Three #1: The Sight

I think this was one Erin's best books. Here is how it goes Jaypaw, Lionpaw and Hollypaw are the children of Brambleclaw and Squirrelflight niece and nephews to Leafpool and grandchildren to Firestar and Sandstorm and Tigerstar and Goldenflower. Jaypaw, Hollypaw and Lionpaw have powers no other cats before them have had. Hollypaw becomes a medicine cat apprentice but she soon learns she would rather be a regular apprentice and like Lionpaw so Jaypaw becomes the medicine apprentice. Jaypaw is grumpy all the time because he is blind and he thinks cats thinks he can not be good his clan like that. There is hint in this book that Lionpaw and Heaterpaw a windclan apprentice are in love. This book is thrilling and a must read

SPOILERS!! I just loved the way it was lined out and how they had a daylight gathering and how it showed the point of view of a blind apprentice. My favorite part was when Breezepaw and Lionpaw fell into the badger set. My least favorite was the tension between Leedpool and Crowfeather. But all the way through I absolutely loved the book and can’t wait to read the next!❤️

It's a great start to the power of three and I can't wait to read more. I got to experience all points of views from Jaypaw , Hollypaw , and Lionpaw. I think Erin Hunter did great because she used great emotion to each of the characters and I mean each. She made it feel as though the story was about all of the cats in the story because the detail was that vivid. I highly suggest reading the books before this one because you may get confused with some of the tension or storyline that takes place and which character has meaning to another character. She makes it very vivid with Jaypaws point of view ,and I find that great because he is blind and your senses get more heighten when losing or unwavering have a sense. I hope I've gave you good enough reasons to a least try the sample of it or actually buy it because I was happy with the results and I don't regret buying this book one minute. Thank you.

It was a great book!! I really liked 'The proposis began' and 'The new proposi', but this is a different kind of a story.I really liked Jaypaw(thogh he was a little grumpy..) and I think his powars were great!!But its a little bit confused.... Is Jaypaw, Hollypaw, and Lionpaw are the three? Then who's Dowvwing?I think I shoud read along.But my mom dosen't let me!! She sads to read it all agean an agean...Anyway, it was a great book,.and I really liked Jaypaw.I am really curious about the next book;'DARK RIVER' ^·^~

I love this book! It's so interesting! I'm so ready to read the next book! I loved when Jaypaw saved Lionpaw and Breezepaw from suffocating. But I feel like Jaypaw is sort of boasting when he says that someday he and his litter mates will rule everything, even StarClan! I rated it a five star because of it's intensity. I'm so addicted to this! I REALLY recommend that you read this book. You'll love it.#CatsRuleTheWorld

I have always loved the Warriors series by Erin Hunter and this book was my favorite by far. At the beginning, there are some loose threads between Sunset and The Sight, however, you will forget about it later on, so don't worry about the beginning. In my opinion, *SPOILERS* at first, The Three are quite like the previous protagonists of the Warriors series, however, later on they become quite self-centered and conceited about themselves being more powerful than StarClan. Other than that, this novel is a very promising start to The Power of Three Series.(written by a fifth grader)

These books are great. I’m in my fourth series and am as intrigued and fascinated as when I started.This first book has me just as invested in the lives of all the clans!

Ainda me surpreende como uma simples série de livros pode fornecer tanta emoção. Todos os aspectos deste livro são perfeitos, a série Warriors em minha opinião é s melhor já criada.

Daughter loves me reading it to her at bedtime. Have read the previous twelve books. Personally I am sick and tired with these longwinded and drawn out anthropromophic stories but hey, it's for children. They could write something more edifying for youngsters though than thousands upon thousand of pages about grumbling, obstinate felines.

I LOVE THIS SERIES SO MUCH! In this painfully emotional extract we meet three new charactors. When you first read the book you will find it difficult to get into because you are used to following the stories of Brambleclaw and Squirrelflight but soon you will fall in love with Jaypaw: A blind tom with a stubborn attitude, Hollypaw; an intelligent young she cat who finds making her mind up difficult and Lionpaw; a feirce and loyal golden tom. In this book Jaypaw, Hollypaw and Lionpaw struggle with their emotions and tough decisions. Jaypaw just wishes that he could become a strong warrior, Hollypaw doesn't know really what she wants in her life and Lionpaw isn't sure if his litter mates are doing the right thing... Following the tales of three adventurous young cats Jaypaw, Lionpaw and Jaypaw have to decide what path they want to take but it's not as easy as they think it is: Hollypaw ends up doubting her decision and Jaypaw with his stubbornness does not understand his destiny. The three cats go through the tough challenge of being separated and each day Jaypaw feels more and more depressed and isolated. He goes to the moonpool alone to speak with starclan where he finds his destiny yet he still does not understand his destiny until finally he overhears Firestar speaking with Starclan and he finds out that he, Hollypaw and Lionpaw are unimaginably powerful and suddenly the fact that he is blind does not matter any more.

I just loved this book. It was a great start to a new series and was action packed. I was immediately hooked into it and could not stop reading. This took me about a week to engulf and I really enjoyed it. I will now read it again carefully to hace a nice time.FIVE STARS FROM ME!!!!!!
