He found this rain jacket/duster. It sounded like the exact item. And at a good price. So he bought it. So far, so good. However, there was one item wrong - the description read "true to size". According to the chart listing, he would fit in a 2Xl. But, he wanted the option of wearing something warmer under it than just a flannel shirt. We ordered a 3Xl to be on the safe side. The 3XL was not large enough. Had we ordered his true size, (the 2XL) it would have fit fine; a 3XLwould have been roomy- allowing for a sweatshirt under it. It was not. If you are in the iffy side of a size, go for the next larger size. Their 3Xl looked more like a small 2XL. If you do not need to care how well it fits or how much room, buy this one.
