Have been trying this tea for couple of weeks I do put a little bit of lemon juice only a small amount not used to the taste yet but drinkable

Flavour meh
I was expecting something more delightful taste wise given the listed ingredients but it was quite insipid. I only bought a couple of boxes before I came to my senses and cancelled the order because I just did not like the tea. I’ve not found any pain relief benefits from this tea. I think it’s ok value for money, although I would prefer if the product was organic. I’ve not noticed any effects on weight loss from this drink or others in the range. My weight has gone down, I think this has been due to reducing liquid calories, walking and eating better. Herb tea definitely cuts calories.
