A: I bought the small gloves. They are not especially tight. I love these gloves. The size depends more on your finger length I am thinking. These are the right length for me. I could not have fit in an extra small. I have relatively long fingers but not a big hand. I hope this helps.

A: Yes you can wash these gloves, for longevity it’s advised to hand wash with soap & air dry. You can machine wash in cold water, and machine dry on low-medium heat.

**Q: will it grip the the end of the weights on a dumb bell?**
A: Yes. I use them in the gym to grip the weights all the time

**Q: Are there any BearGrips products that don’t contain leather?**
A: They are not water proof.

I just recently ordered a pair of these gloves and they're really well made and fit great. These aren't gloves you wear to play in the snow or to stay warm. Don't get confused. I'm using them to workout in my garage and when I walk my dogs. These gloves not only feel good and do their job, they look good too. Very lightweight. Easy to clean. They even offered me a 180 day warranty as a gift. Who does that? Not many small companies. And that's why I'm glad I could help support. I'll return and will spread the word.
