Quality Vetiver should have that first note of earthy scent, like good loamy dirt and then a fleeting moment later brings a feeling like a grounded hug. It should evoke a sense of connection and quiet strength. This brand does all of that with one whiff. Excellent brand.

Edens Garden is a very high quality essential oil company. I'm a yoga instructor and I do energy work and these oils always satisfy what I'm looking for.

I have spent way too much money on what I thought were deals for real vetiver essential oil, and none of them were. This is the real thing: that ineffable mossy, earthy fragrance that only the true plant yields. This is my third purchase from Eden’s Garden, and each one is worth every last penny. When you buy the genuine article, you save money because every drop is so potent that you need less of it. I’m not going to bother buying from anywhere else from now on. Lesson learned!

I bought this product to help me with anxiety and boy does it ever. The issue I have is it smells terrible straight from the bottle. To me it smells like a cigar bar. The oil is very thick so I had to remove the dropper. When using the oil in my diffuser it doesn't smell as strong but I also mix it with eucalyptus oil and it's fine. Bottom line, it truly helps with my anxiety but use it sparingly.

I use this oil to help with sleep. It is thick and smells exactly like Doterra brand oil. This oil has a very 'earthy' smell and it is thick, which is true to this oil. I put one drop across the bottoms of my toes on both feet every night and in very short order I am drowsy and ready to sleep. Give it a try.

I recently discovered vetiver and I am in love with this scent. The oil is very thick and just a teeny tiny drop is enough. I would have given it 5 starts but the plastic bottle stopped bottle does not dispense oil, I've read other reviews with the same issue, wish the manufacturer would read the reviews and make a change. I have to take it off every time I want to use it and it's a bit of a pain. Wish they would include a dropper that would fit the bottle. I also received a tiny free ample which smells so good, but the bottle has no name, so I have no idea what oil it is. Would have like to buy some of that, but I'm clueless.The vetiver oil is amazing, this is the first time I'm using it, let's see how the fragrance holds up over time. The smell of vetiver is like burnt incense, wood, earth and fresh dirt after the rains. It reminds me so much of the temples in Asia. Makes we want to start meditating and practicing yoga! So far I'm loving the scent!

I don't know what they distilled to get this but it wasn't vetiver. Smells nothing like it. vetiver is a grass, this does not smell like a grass it smells darker like a wood without character. I would have expected there to be better quality control. Vetiver has a green scent aspect to it that has a slightly quality, but it is herbaceous not woody. Additionally it came out so thick that no matter what I did to improve the flow rate, it was impossible to get a single drip, I had to remove the plastic plug and eyeball it to get an appropriate size drop. Additionally it's a pity because I wanted to like this brand. I have bought about 14 other essential oils from Eden's garden and the rest have been good for the most part except for this one.

I had problems sleeping and some blues/depression, and was looking for some oil remedies. I stumbled upon Vetiver and decided to try Eden’s Garden version. I can’t tell you how wonderful it is. It is hands down my favorite oil. I put a little on my wrists and immediately my spirits are lifted. Also a few drops added with lavender helps me sleep well at night.Their version is very thick but it’s suppose to be. You could put a dropper in it, but I put it in very warm water a few minutes to thin it out. I will definitely order this over and over.

Just received this by mail and had some pretty major issues with getting the product out of the bottle (after attempting the multitude of suggestions from the company) and just can't get it out satisfactorily and without a big mess. The product is great quality and the customer service is wonderful. Because of all of the issues I was having, I received a refund for the product and still got to keep it. I hope they change how they package this thick oil as the small hole it's supposed to drain from doesn't do the job. Maybe a dropper should be added or a larger hole. These suggestions have been given to the company. Other than that, I am very happy with the product and will likely purchase from the company again.

I am so happy with this vetiver. Almost gone now...time to order more. Sustainable, saw how it was grown and harvested on YouTube. First time user. Sandlewood has been over harvested. Thick, and I know to pop open the inner sleeve and use a dropper. Perfect, heavenly smell...so good. Told a newly graduated massage student, as well. I ordered a massage table because of this stuff.

I had trouble getting the product from the bottle. When I contacted the supplier, they replied literally within 10 minutes and were very helpful. The oil is naturally thick. Smells wonderful and is great for sleep.
