Book was in perfect condition, but note that used books don't come with access codes. I was confused by the title which says it includes an access code, so if you need that buy the new book

Need to cancel
I tried to cancel my order but I can’t figure out how to cancel. I mistakenly bought digital book and need to cancel and buy the actual paper. HELPTry to call the customer service but not working.

I got the book but not the MYItLab code. If I was just buying a book I could of got a used one for $80. Ridiculous.
