Life changing literally!
I have a really hard time describing my pains to my doctors since I’ve lived with chronic illness for 15 years! You just get used to it! Not only did I realize I wasn’t checking in with myself frequently enough but my doctor was not fully grasping my pain until I showed him this book. Of course that’s not his fault but mine as I’ve always struggled to communicate my pain and all the areas and levels, but this is honestly the most helpful thing I’ve purchased medically besides my mobility aids lol. It not only logs your pain but it also logs meds, water, WEATHER & FOOD ( a big one for autoimmune people like myself) and notes to add as well as side effects. I use it every day through out the day. It helps me have a better perspective on what I need throughout the day and things to bring up to my doctor! I’d give it 10 stars if I could! GET THIS! It’s 8$. If you’re chronically ill this is a must have. Plus it’s cute!

This book is personal and relieves a lot of my stress in unspoken words.
I love this idea for me to use as a therapeutic journal. It's private but helps release my stress by actually writing how I feel down in words I can see. Super important when I don't want to constantly share verbally with family/friends. I feel a release without feeling like I'm whining to people in my life, which is very important to me. I'm sure they appreciate this too!

Perfect for tracking pain, symptoms and meds.
This is a great way to track my chronic pain symptoms. There are places to record medications, triggers, activities and some Journaling. Easy to read, the size is great, not too small. It's easy to hold and write in. I will be tracking my pain and this is perfect for taking to my doctor. Overall very satisfied. Its well made, pages stay put, the cover has a soft waxy feel. I will purchase again.

Great Journal
I’ve had several surgeries and procedures for neck nerve pain and I needed to track what medications and treatments were working (or not). This journal helped a lot more than the apps that I had since it covered more options and room to write about how my days were going.

Hard to write in
The concept is great but the execution is lacking. It's hard to write in a paperback. I wish they had the main diary section on the right side to make it easier for most people to write in (sorry lefties). The water intake section is weird. What does one "drop" represent? I also wished the food part had more room to write detailed info about meals.

Simple and easy to use.
I use this book to monitor my symptoms as I was diagnosed with Guillain Barre Syndrome. This has been a great tool to take to my doctor's appointments to share with them my daily symptoms.

I really like this book but just not enough space to write in.

It’s a good tracker. Just wish it was hard cover and spiraled. Little pricy could of been cheaper. But overall it is good.

Excaltly what I was looking for
I honestly love this book. Its exactly what I was looking for. I needed something where I could track my pain. This book not only has room for pain tracking but location of pain, triggers, the severity of the pain and the treatment used to help ease the pain.This book also had the added bonus of being able to track your mood, water and food in take, weather, medication and any notes you wish to add for the day.You get 90 days worth of tracking. I highly recommend getting this if you need something to track your pain for what ever reason.

Great diary with plenty of space for monitoring signs and symptoms
Great paperback diary. Wasnt sure of the layout but covers everything I need to track my symptoms, food, fluid intake and mood. Extra sections for weather, energy level, exercise level and sleep quality. Dates are left blank so can start from which ever day like. Handy lined and matrix notes section at the rear of the book. Hoping this will assist get myself anh health back on track and spot the triggers

It’s ok, but outer cover quality isn’t amazing
Seems like it will be useful but it could do with a better cover. It looks ok/aesthetically acceptable, but the cover kind of turns itself upwards and backwards. Not sure why—this is before I’ve even used it. I think the outer cover could be thicker/better quality. Otherwise ok, think it will be helpful for logging symptoms once I finally get round to using it!

Great book
I have cfs/me, pots and ibs and wanted to keep track and see if I could identify any triggers. This has been perfect for that.
