Great sipper
This sipper is good quality, sturdy & the best part for my daughter's specific use- it has a hard spout, which can't be bit off or chewed away. Cleaning it is fairly simple & I love the colour as well as emoticon/character options it comes in.. really unique!

Extremely disappointing customer service and poor product quality
The brand seems to focus more on marketing than actually delivering value. They advertise a 2-year warranty, but when the bottle’s internal pipe broke, it took them months to respond—even after I reached out through multiple channels. When they finally did, they simply said the issue couldn’t be fixed and I should buy a new one. If you can’t honor your warranty, don’t advertise it. Very frustrating experience.

Much needed lock
My kid loved this bottle and it's vibrant pink colour. It is easy to use. The main thing is it's locking system. So kid's Will not be able to waste the water.

Nice one.
We brought it 2 months back and now ordered another one. Good and sturdy product for kids. However the price for increased by almost Rs.200 this time which was worrysome. Overall good product

Good looks; hard to use
The product has made of good quality, it looks very good and worked well initially. But it is hard to clean (esp if you kids Sips water while eating and some food gets in). Also the straw suction has stopped working in my kids bottle - the place where the cap holds the straw has become loose, so I have to throw this away in 6 months. Maybe that’s the life of this bottle
