Woodworm Double Canopy 60" 3 Pack of New Golf Umbrellas

This is the second time I have purchased a 3 pack of Woodworm umbrellas. The first ones served their purpose: I gave away 2, and kept one for myself that lasted 2 years until I snapped an arm on my car door on a windy day. Considering the low price, these are solid umbrellas that work well, and are really pretty big. I will purchase them again when needed in the future.

Not the best quality, but you really can't beat the price. Most common problem I've found is that the main shaft of the umbrella will 'drip' through the top so that the shaft itself gets a little wet (but no leaks through the canopy so only your hand gets a little damp). I just like being able to have a nice large umbrella left around in several places (work, home, car, etc.) so that I'm never caught unawares by an unexpected storm.

Nice umbrellas! They are vibrant in color. The straps hold good. The metal clip to hold umbrella down holds nice and isn't loose. Only down side is they're kind of thin. In a heavy rain they driped a little bit on my coat. One coat of waterproof spray and they're fine! Definitely worth the money and shipped quick!

Wow! Was I surprised, these were exactly as I had imagined they would be. I am a Big Guy, and sos there is a lot of area to cover. The 60" "roof" is perfect for me, and these are spring-loaded open - just push the button, double canopy - there is a smaller umbrella opening about 1/2 way up, which allows for circulation, and, if a reverse wind hits. it doesn't invert the darn thing - it works GREAT!Three (3) of these for $20.00 - c'mon people, what are you waiting for? I put one in the car, one at work, and one on my actual golf bag. They come in three basic colors and they go with anything. Navy which went to work, Black, the house for everyday use, and the black/white one on and for the golf bag.I recommend this package in a heartbeat.

My facility consists of two buildings roughly 100 yards apart. Employees are regularly walking between the building regardless of the weather. I was charged with finding an inexpensive solution. When I found this three pack of 60 inch umbrellas for $20, I doubted the quality but took a chance.Not only was I very pleased with the quality of the umbrellas themselves, but the customer service was fantastic. There was a very small issue that occured regarding shipping. They responded to my email with the tracking numbers within 5 minutes of my sending it . Come to find most of the issue was on my end. They were very nice, understanding and thanked me for the business.I will recommend them to anyone. Great prices, quality products, friendly customer service. 5 STARS

These umbrellas look like they are going to give good service. The inspiration to order them came from a particularly nasty wet snow storm one Sunday morning when unprepared church-goers were straggling over the parking lot in misery from the elements. One of our enterprising male members observed that if the church just had a golf umbrella he could dash out and hold it over these folks. We began looking for golf umbrellas with logos but realized they are sold in bigger lots and cost much more. The price seemed very reasonable to get three of these Woodworm umbrellas. Our church happens to be on a "windy hill" so the sturdiness of the umbrellas will be tested, but they seem sturdy enough to withstand all elements.

We purchased this same product last school year for our student body. By the end of the year, one umbrella was left after hard use by 350 students. This year, after a hard rain the first day of use, one umbrella's spokes broke completely and it was rendered unusable. We expect this as time goes on but not on the first day. Would you be so kind as to replace this umbrella for us?
