Tastes great. Perfect Al dente
Everyone who has eaten this pasta says it’s the best pasta they’ve ever had. And I don’t think it’s my sauce. Cooks quickly and makes perfect al dente pasta.

Verry tasty!
This was new to me, but is some of the best pasta I've ever had. The shape is perfect for holding sauce, and was the best using my fresh garden tomatoes and basil pesto. Shipped right away and arrived just fine.

Unique pasta shape
This particular pasta shape is simply unavailable in conventional grocery stores. It works with any textured sauce or pasta salad recipe. It has a similar bite feel to fusilli.

Excellent pasta
Absolutely love this pasta! So much so, that I signed up for subscription...on one hand, it's "just pasta", on the other it's exceptionally good pasta! Don't know if it's because of the texture (possibly), or simply the origin, but it really is a completely satisfying bite. Give it a try, you won't regret it.

Authentic Italian Deliciousness
This pasta may be a bit pricey, but it is delicious. I first discovered this pasta in a top-notch Italian restaurant in Philadelphia. They had a display shelf with an impressive selection of dry pasta. I purchased 2 and brought them back to Florida to enjoy. I was thrilled to find that I could purchase more of this thru Amazon. Coming from Italian heritage, we are very particular with our pasta and "gravy". If you are a true Italian, you call it gravy instead of sauce! Certainly, worth the price.
