These were added to our Vuly swingset for hanging monkey bars. They were a much cheaper option and work so well! They are durable and the kids love them! You can grip them well as well. Work well for adult weight as well.

If your child has endless energy and your furniture is suffering — these rings are the answer. These gymnastic rings are surprisingly high quality and feel very durable, even with daily use. The size is perfect for kids’ hands, and the functionality is great for climbing, swinging, and all kinds of ninja-style play. They feel safe when properly installed and have held up really well so far. For the price, the value for money is excellent. They’re simple, sturdy, and do exactly what they’re supposed to do — keep kids active, engaged, and happily tired by the end of the day (which parents will definitely appreciate 😉).

These are used in a preschool & after school activity program, they are working great thus far. So far 3 & 4 year olds have no difficulty hanging onto these. I weigh 190 pounds and also hang from these, the rope and clasps are tough. Pictured is the set with the longer ropes, both work great.

I had a physical therapist give me a long length of theraband to do arm and shoulder strengthening exercises, only the theraband becomes thinner as it stretches, and it cut into my hands. I thought "maybe if I had grab rings to use with the theraband it would be more comfortable, and so I got these, tied them tightly to each end of the theraband, and suddenly it was easy to do my exercises without accompanying hand pain. This was an improvised application - I'm sure they would be comfortable in any application!

Very well made, wont likely ever wear out or break. Added these hung by chain from an old EZ curl bar that is suspended from my garage rafters for doing pullups on. Now I can do ring dips and will soon also weave and braid some ropes through the chain for a towel grip type pullup variation. I like these alot, for not alot of cash I was able to upgrage my hanging exercises workout spot with quite a bit of versatility.

I tried two other options on my pull up bar to create a more neutral position, neither worked well or had decent grip. These rings were the perfect addition to my gym. Well built, sturdy and comfortable hand grip. Took a little ingenuity to hang from my pull up bar but I can def feel my deltoids engaging more and my wrist staying neutral using these.
