Covers a large area
This product covers a large area. I use it in conjunction with the small packs for different areas. Highly recommend!

Awesome!
After knee surgery and shoulder surgery, my Physical Therapist was using these on me as cold compresses for inflammation. These things are phenomenal and work very well. So, I bought several for home use. They work great on my back-of-the-head tension/inflammation headaches too. Although, I did suffer two very minor frostbite blisters after falling asleep with it pressed against the back of my neck for about 40 minutes. Totally my fault. Instructions say 20 minute applications, tops. They really hold the freezing cold well (and no permanent harm was done). These Flexi-Pacs have had more pain relief than the pain pills doctors gave me, which was super great, because I loathe taking those pills.

Best gel pack!
I've had my old gel pack for over 6+yrs and it was time to upgrade I will continue to use both until they fall apart and renew them every 6+yrs! You won't regret buying them. The size is great it covers my shoulder (had surgery) and a broken toe! Yes, both things happened weeks apart hahahah! So I use both at the same time and I love them! Don't hesitate buy them!

Good for icing any part of the body
I like these. I had one that I've been using off and on for a few years. Due to an accident, I needed more. These are smaller than the ones they use at physical therapy, but they are a good size for home use. They fit flat in the freezer section of a side-by-side. For flat parts of the body, they fit right on. For curved parts, like knees, using a wide knit belt pulls them around so they fit. I put a hand towel between the ice pack and the belt to avoid damaging the ice pack. I bought six and put 4 of them to immediate use and 2 for spares. I haven't tried them for heat since I have no need for hot packs.

Great flexible ice pack- must have at my house
These are great for athletes and anyone with aches and pains that need cold therapy. Have several and have used so many times I wouldn’t be without one in the freezer. The flexibility is a great feature too as you can get more comfortable icing on areas that a hard pack might not work as well
