Great gum- very happy it is available in bulk- nice strong peppermint flavor

I love this gum, it is sugar-free, but with a safe sweetener. Chewing it improves your breath and your teeth. The flavor doesn’t last very long, but don’t chew it very long. I just needed it to freshen my breath or clean my mouth when I can’t brush my teeth.

I started using Spry gum because I was having some mouth issues, like canker sores and just not feeling super fresh. I wasn’t sure at first, but I saw that it’s supposed to help with oral health, so I gave it a shot. I’ve been chewing it a few times a week, and honestly, I do feel a difference. My breath feels fresher, and my gums seem healthier. The taste is nice, not too strong, and it makes me feel more comfortable around people, especially my partner. It’s a small habit, but it’s helped more than I expected.

It is terrific gum, but one has to remember it's not a natural gum base. I've been using it every night for years for dry mouth/snoring and I believe it is the cause of my hip pain. I've now quit using it and my hips are feeling better. I don't think Xylitol is the problem but polymers such as butadiene-styrene, polyvinyl acetate, polyethylene, paraffin, and petroleum waxes are the most commonly used gum bases on the market today. They are petroleum-derived polymers which are designed to maximize elasticity and incorporate other components of the gum base as well as flavors and sweeteners in their chemical matrix. Needless to say it is not good for the environment either. Use with caution.

I've been chewing Xlear's Spry Peppermint gum for many years. It's all natural and uses Xylitol for sweetening. Whether Xylitol is good or bad is for you to decide. It works for me and I like it. The peppermint is great, and the minty taste lasts a long time. Buying in the 550-count container is a significant saving over the smaller containers and packages. I removed one star because of the price. The $39.95 price at Amazon is consistent with most all other sellers but others often have 20% off sales and still offer free delivery. I've never seen a sale at Amazon but may have missed it. I recommend Spry Peppermint gum for anyone who chews gum and wants to decrease their sugar intake and help ward off tooth decay.

Love this gum. Delish! Price is a little high, but well worth it.

I use this gum every day. It's good for clearing the palate after a meal, and it helps me resist snacking between meals. It has a really good texture, in my opinion, that I can chew for a long time, even after the flavor is mostly gone. I prefer the peppermint to the spearmint because it's stronger and less sweet.

Arrived as advertised, the count was about a dozen more than indicated - no complains there.

Good for your teeth, and leaves your mouth feeling fresher after a meal. The only downside is the flavor doesn't last long.
