Incredibly easy to program!
I was skeptical, but it was truly so easy to program with the included pins - one side of pins goes into holes on your old remote, the other side of the pins fits into holes on the new remote, thus linking them, then press a hold buttons according to directions. Voila, the new remote is programmed! Takes less than a minute, including reading the directions. You don’t have to drag out a ladder to mess with buttons on your overhead garage door opener mechanism. The new openers work great. I did have to try a second time to program one of the two remotes, but it was still waaay faster and easier than programming the old fashioned way. The price was very reasonable for two remotes.

Easy to program my old remote to the new one.
To do the programming, you have to have the same type; Marantec. It won't work for other brands I don't think because you need the "pin" item that comes with the remote. It has to be inserted to the old and new transmitter to work. My old transmitter is probably 8 years old or more, but it was easy to program the new ones to my old transmitter. I had to push the buttons differently than the directions showed but it worked great, and they are good quality for the $$

Works As Advertised
This remote was easy to program, as I had one remote already correctly programmed via the opener motor itself. I programmed two new remotes following their included directions. For one of them, I had to insert the 3-prong device to the other side of the new remote for it to program correctly. Bottom line--these remotes work.I had tried to us a universal remote prior to buying these but once I programmed it via the opener motor, the other original remote I had did not work, and vice versa. So returned the universal one and bought these with the 3-prong device. Using that device, programming the two new remotes were a breeze.

They work great!
We used them on a daily basis and have had no issues with them. Setup was a breeze. I would purchase them again.

Works well so far
After a few weeks, this product works as described by the manufacturer. So far, it's just as good as the original. Easy to program and install. However, one criticism is that the buttons could be made a bit larger given you are typically moving while pressing them. Larger buttons would be beneficial to all, but especially for older users.Good value for the price paid, particularly when compared to the price of an original replacement remote.

Programming is Easy!
Once I watched the Youtube video on how to program the remotes, it was super easy. The instructions in the bag were serviceable, but I didn't see them until after I watched the video, which makes it brain dead obvious. Anyway, programming the new remotes was very simple using my existing remote. It just copies the existing remote programming. I didn't try programming these remotes just using my garage door unit. I think that may be a little more involved.TLDR; super easy if you have an existing programmed remote!

Replaced my old Marantec 1312 remote--with a bit of DIY
If you are trying to replace your older model Marantec remote (model 1312), you may be in luck with this device, with a bit of soldering. Here is my success story (no warranties). As you can see in the first picture, I have the old Marantec remote. It cannot be cloned directly with the 3-pin cloning connector device that's included in the package. However, the old Marantec remote has the same three pin holes inside the battery compartment. Unfortunately, the new connector won't fit. So I took my soldering iron and soldered three short wires to one side of the 3-pin connector. The wires need to have hard metal endings like those used for breadboarding or Arduino. Once both old and new remote were connected, I followed the prescribed procedure, and successfully cloned the new from the old. I did have the wires reversed at first, then just flipped them around, and was in luck in no time. Now I can keep my old remote as a backup and just use the two new ones.

Works great. Reasonably price
For some reason, I can't seem to clone the codes from my old existing remote using their provided programming pins. I don't think it's their product fault because my remote acts flaky lately.Programming the remote via the Garage Opener (M4500e) is quite easy and straight forward. Once programmed one, I was able to clone the 2nd one via their programming pin.Good product over all, reasonably priced compared to other options available on Amazon.

One of two buttons worked.
One worked perfectly fine. Second one, only one of the two buttons was able to be setup with a door key. We only have one door so this isn't a big issue.
