Leotruny Knee High Tube Socks: Over the Calf Socks for Women and Men - Retro Striped Athletic Socks

Good quality socks. We used them for a 70's party but they are nice for regular wear.

I have thicker ankles and calves so finding knee high socks that fit and don't constrict is difficult. These fit comfortably and when stretched as they were on my leg, the color and material holds up well. Very comfortable.

I wear these socks six days a week, with my Muck boots, for hiking in the woods. I buy a new set once a year, since they do get holes in the heels. The socks stay above my calves, and I never have to worry about them slipping down during a hike. I've tried several different kinds of socks, even some fancy, expensive merino wool ones, and these are the only ones I've gotten that stay above my calf. They're not thick, so don't expect them to keep you warm. I'm always moving when I'm wearing them, and I don't have circulation problems, so I'm fine with the being thin. Someone on Tumblr said they're cute, when I posted a pic of one of my hauls, so if looking cute is important to you, the these socks are, indeed, cute. I'm rating 4/5 stars, and it's only missing a star because $15 for 3 pairs kinda feels like I'm being charged too much. Maybe my wallet is stuck in 2010. I still buy these socks every year, because they work well with my Muck boots, they don't slide down, and I was able to stop hunting for the right sock.

Got these for a friend of mine who skates on quads. She was looking for socks to give the 70's Skater vibe back then of wearing booty shorts, a tshirt, crew socks and skates. She said these made the look that believeable as these are a bit higher than tube socks as these are more like a knee high sock. They completed her outfit perfectly

Well-made and comfortable over-the-calf socks. Comfortable for walking and weight training (if you are wearing long pants. They will come up to just below the knee. It's very 1970s if you are wearing shorts. :}

These were much thinner than i expected, and the color on the band was lost once it stretched over my calf, and i don't have large calves. Typically boots are floppy on my calves, so unless you have really skinny legs, these are not going to look like the picture. The foot part fit well though, and im a US size 9 (EU size 41-42)

These socks are far from over the calf. They only come up to my calf. Definitely not knee high. Maybe the would cover the calf if you are under 5ft tall with short legs. There is nothing knee high or over the calf about these socks. Misleading title.

it's impossible to tell just from the photos and description but, though the overall fit of these socks is great, the thickness is made almost entirely of thin. also, for some strange reason i can't seem to figure out, when i wear them by the end of they somehow leave me with severely aching toes. no other socks have that effect, so the toe area may be somewhat restrictive to blood flow or something. it's really weird, but repeated empirical testing has always resulted in very achey toes.
