Perfect fit for Personal Steering wheels
Lets me make it clear that the picture DOES NOT represent the actual product. The actual product is more like a hat shape and does not include a rubber collar. Finish is decent but scratches easily so be careful when installing it. Holes fit do not fit a Personal Steering wheel, you need an adapter ring and the horn is simple to hook up. Instruction don't really make sense so it may take a little trial and error hooking up the horn but otherwise it is very simple.I used this to put a personal neo grintas in my 98' M3. Fits perfect and horn works.

Seller and delivery was great. The hub and tolerances did not fit my OEM slipping properly and will require me to attempt to drill and tap new holes for the slip ring to mount to on the back of the hub. Steering shaft splines and all other machining looks okay and fits as expected.I did not expect to need to modify this part to fit. Pretty dissatisfied with Momo at this point and will look at other options in the future.
