I've tried several probiotic supplements over the years, so I had a decent baseline going into this one. After about 10 days of consistent use, I noticed less bloating after meals and more regularity in the mornings — both things I'd been dealing with on and off for a while. What sets this one apart from cheaper options is the formulation. 120 billion CFUs sounds like marketing, but the 36-strain blend actually covers a meaningful range of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium strains, which research supports for gut diversity. The inclusion of prebiotics (fuel for the probiotic bacteria) and digestive enzymes in the same capsule is genuinely convenient — I was previously taking these separately. The capsules are a normal size, easy to swallow, and I didn't experience any of the initial digestive turbulence that sometimes comes with starting a high-CFU probiotic. I take one daily with breakfast and haven't had any issues. A few things worth noting: the bottle recommends refrigeration after opening to maintain potency, so keep that in mind for storage. The price point is higher than drugstore brands, but given the CFU count and multi-function formula, it feels reasonable. Overall, a well-formulated product that does what it claims. Good for anyone who wants a probiotic, prebiotic, and digestive enzyme support without juggling multiple supplements.

Very good product to use if you need more strains than the average person. At the time, it was also a very good purchase(price wise).

Your gut is supposed to have numerous different types of bacteria working together to help with digestion. This is because different bacteria use different molecules, and the more different types of molecules the bacteria deal with, the more completely you can digest your food. Blasting everything with your usual probiotic does not result in actually decent digestive flora plural, it results in a single-species wasteland. The Equilibrium brand has 115 strains, which would be my ideal but is triple the price. 36 strains is still higher than anything else I've found on the market, and costs less than many products with fewer strains and less potency. With this I get less gas and - something I didn't actually buy this for but turned out to be a benefit - no more recurring yeast infections in my ladyparts. I guess the good bacterial colonies there weren't strong enough before? I'm not complaining.

Seem to work fine but a bit of a problem for me to swallow if I don’t use quite a bit of water.

I have been taking probiotics off and on since 2014 after my doctor told me I needed them. I was hospitalized with Diverticulitis and had to take antibiotics by IV on a daily basis for 45 days after being released from the hospital. I also have IBS-C and GERD. Thus, the importance of a good probiotic. The reason for the "off" and on is because I could never tell any of the multiple brands I've taken were doing anything for me. For the past year I've tried at least 10 different brands, hoping I could tell the difference between one or the other, and notta. I finally tried a raw probiotic that required refrigeration a month ago - all the others had been shelf stable - and finally, I noticed a big difference in my IBS-C, but didn't like having to keep it refrigerated because I'd forget to take it about half the time. Then I saw this brand and noticed the multiple strains as well as the "delayed release". I've been taking it for nearly a month and it has been as good for my IBS-C as the raw probiotic. I've paid much higher prices for probiotics that made no difference in any way, and these are superior to all of them. There must be something to this delayed release that is making the difference. None of the others I've tried were delayed release. I just went on auto shipment for these because I never want to run out, and now that I can keep them with the rest of my nightly meds and not in the refrigerator, I never forget to take them. Doing a great job for me and I need the assistance of probiotics and other products like digestive enzymes. I take one in the morning and if I’m having a big dinner, I take another before hand. So it helps keep my gut health quiet with no gas pains.

It’s easy to take, appears to be high quality. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to support gut health naturally. Absolutely no complaints.

Decent but not regular bowel as prior products

Didn't see any difference with these. I still have issues with gut. Not enough bacteria. Finished the bottle. Along with a clean diet should've helped but didnt
