I ordered my first frame in December a year ago. It was easy to set up and use and worked like a charm for 6 months, then just quit. I tried everything but it was stuck on the BSIMB Logo and that's all it would show.I contacted Customer support and they were great. Sent me all kinds of links to download to update the frame along with suggestions and trouble shooting. Nothing worked so they sent me a brand new Frame. I was excited. Set up my new Frame and all I got was a BLACK screen. Contacted customer service again through email. They told me to plug it in using a different adapter from my old frame and go to a link they sent me and after plugging it into my computer, download the latest update. I did everything as instructed. The frame came on and I was thrilled. I connected it to my internet and put my micro SD card in and began to send photos from my cell phone to the frame. I thought to myself, "Finally" it's fixed after TWO weeks of this hassle.Got up this morning and the Frame was right back to a BLACK screen. Nothing worked.I sent Customer service an update. I want to send BOTH of these Frames back now.Life is too short.I do NOT recommend this Frame BUT Customer Service is great at trying to help.I just want a working Frame.UPDATE*I contacted Customer Service and told them I wanted to send both Frames back and they credited my account for the original Frame I purchased and told me NOT to send the defective frames back to them. I am so impressed with their prompt customer service. I would give them 10 ********** if I could. But, NOT on the Frame. 😏

I love this thing. Anytime I can't think of what to buy someone, I get them this. You can easily send photos from your phone. It's also really nice when you have people over your house and a photo they're in pops up, I always get the "ooo that's me" with a huge smile and it make me so happy.

The only thing worth one star with this item was the nice packaging/presentation with a nice sturdy box. I bought 2 of these as gifts for grandparents to use and I’m sooo glad I opened them and tried to set them up for use first before giving them as gifts. The VPhoto app wouldn’t work from the start. It kept telling me ‘network error’ at different points along the process of trying to share my photos to the frames. I even uninstalled and tried reinstalling the app to no avail. Then I thought I’d see if I could get pictures to the frame via email. No luck there either. I did get the frame to connect to my WiFi. I followed the directions of putting my email address into the frame to ‘bind’ my email to the frame. The frame was supposed to send me an email in response but after putting multiple email addresses in several times I didn’t receive anything. Even checked my spam folder- nothing. After reading the other one star reviews I’ve decided not to bother contacting the company. I’m glad the frames didn’t work right from the start rather than working for only a couple of months like other’s experiences. I’ll be sending both frames back. Don’t waste your time or money on these!

Overall, I love this frame. I got it to display photos and videos of my late dog, Kaya. I really enjoy the fact that it can play videos and there isn’t a limit to the video length. I feel like videos capture her personality better than photos, and she had a very distinct bark that this frame helps bring back into our home. The sound is loud and clear, and the quality is excellent. It does auto rotate the images, which is nice, but you can also turn off. The frame comes with a remote and it’s quite user friendly. It’s not difficult to upload photos or videos, and they give you a multitude of ways to add photos to your frame. Per the description, you can also use an external drive to store more images, although I’ve not tried this yet.The ONLY thing I really wish I could change about this frame is that it doesn’t play photos and videos together. You can shuffle all of your photos, or you can shuffle all of your videos, but you can’t play them all together in a mix. In some ways, this is maybe a good thing because my other dogs always go bonkers when I play a video of Kaya on there, and I’m now working from home, so it does help in that regard, but I do really wish it at least gave the option to shuffle photos and videos together. I’m not removing any stars from the rating, though, because I haven’t found another frame that can play photos and videos mixed together, so that seems to be either a limitation of the software or the unfortunate standard for digital frames.

I like this item and it is easy to use and upload pictures. I gave it 4 stars because no matter the frame configuration (portrait/ landscape) it doesn't fill the screen. To put it to full screen it zooms in but centers on the pictures but that cuts off heads and stuff. That can be fixed if you go through all your pictures on the frame and edit them to center elsewhere. Might be a better way but I did it individually. Also the app is not good. Just to get into it it freezes. Once you get in the app is fine. It is just getting into it that is the issue.

This is so easy to use. I bought this for a gift for my mom and preloaded pictures on it for her. Super easy to transfer pictures to the memory card, then just plug the card into the frame. Sometimes it doesn’t sleep or wake up with the sensor, but overall a great choice.
