Well Paced and LIstener Focussed
If you're wanting a deep guided process, complete with instructions on what you may expect during and after the session, this CD is an excellent choice. As a coach who uses hypnotherapy in my live sessions, I recommend it to clients, for empowering themselves with resources in addition my own. The CD is a valuable investment and supports my own catalogue of pre recorded products. To cover everyone, he adds in a lot of options; "you may see a forest, you may see a beach, etc" and I found I had to work to tune them out. Knowing that going in would help - and even with that one small comment, I found this guided meditation extremely valuable!

I've listened to the meditation on this CD at least three times and it was profound for me. I began to uncover my purpose. It launched me into much journaling about purpose as well as patience for the process of self discovery to take place.As a coach, I've given it to my clients and they have had profound discoveries. It moves our coaching to powerful action (and powerful waiting, too, if that's needed).I recommend this to anyone open to a spiritual, deep, personal purpose. Tim Kelly masterfully created a safe and nurturing meditative journey for the listener. The music, pacing, verbal cues and timing all added to the quality of my meditative experience.I've enjoyed the deepest meditative experiences of my life while using the audio portion of this cd. This cd is an excellent guided meditation that can assist you in finding your life's purpose. Know Your Purpose
This is a great CD. I bought it a few months ago and couldn't wait for it to arrive. I immediately did the meditation and it was well worth the wait. You are led through a visualization, a vision quest, to find your purpose. I hope you will purchase this and enjoy it as much as I did.
