I don't usually use shapewear when working out, but recently I've noticed that when I work out and then put this on my body feels great because it gives me support for my back. My trouble areas have been slimmed down due to working out and eating well but this 'faja' has significantly helped by putting everything back in its place (pregnancy). I wear it every day after a workout. I wash this on the hand wash cycle in my washer and it withstands the wash! It's nice a durable construction. I am definitely buying one or two more so that I can cycle through them when I work out.

I honestly loved this waist trainer. I’ve never used one to workout so I was kinda worried it wouldn’t be comfortable but it’s sturdy and moveable enough to the point of a normal workout and even some Pilates/yoga. Material is really soft but it wouldn’t hurt to wear a thin shirt under it even though you may not really need it. I agree with the other review and if you’re unsure about the sizing maybe size down if you’re really looking for that waist definition since this is a workout trainer and is a little stretchy. The material and hardware are honestly nice material, the hooks, zipper and straps are made really nice. I would definitely recommend this and will buy more as I continue to make my waist smaller

Ordered for my back as I recently got into support garments following brachioplasty surgery and needing support garment for surgical recovery.This is so great for my back pain and improving my posture! I can easily adjust as needed throughout the day, or take off or put on myself eith easy (im disabled so that is a big must!).Slightly bulky, but worth it for the convenience of the easy on and off feature! Not noticeable with most clothing. Still 5 star worthy.

I have many waist trainers, however I have been looking for a long one in the front to compressed my c-section area. This one did the job it has 2 belts. what I like is that its not long in the back and supports all the right places. Its also extremely comfortable.

This is a nice product. I have some back issues, so I need to wear support while working out. This instantly made my back feel better when I put it on. Im not sure how well this would work as a waist trainer though, it’s not super contouring. More like a light back brace kinda. I also got a small, and it fits but again, if I were using it as a waist trainer it wouldn’t be super tight. My waist is 27 inches for reference and I got a size small.
