Fitness Reality 810XLT Super Max Power Cage, Robust Resistance Station with a Maximum Load of 800 lbs

I’m a tall guy and can’t squat inside the cage and with pull ups have to hold legs up or back, it’s sturdy enough even though the whole cage does wobble a bit. For £400 it’s a bit expensive but it’s needed and it does do the job for a good home workout, I will add that the pull up bar is very smooth and not much grip on there, if you leave outside it will rust pretty quick just FYI. Easy to assemble about an hour with 2 people. For bench my hands go wider then the width of the frame which is a little inconvenient but overall I’m happy with the product and it does exactly what I need it to so I would recommend.

Took around 30 minutes to put together. Feels really sturdy and strong. I'm 6ft3 tall and there's plenty of space left on the back, not sure how tall you'd have to be to be too tall for this bench. Easy to alter angle and fold away. The height of the folded product is a little high and only just fits under a bed. For the price really cannot go wrong. I think this is the happiest I've been with a purchase for a long long time.

Delighted with this! Sturdy, relatively easy to assemble though you’ll need a proper socket wrench. The one provided is too basic. Good quality and surprisingly doesn’t take up as much space as you’d think. Holds heavy weight without any concern. I hesitatingly bought the last pulldown attachment worried it would be the old, jerky systems of old but I’m really pleased with how smoothly it works. All in all, awesome value for money, great quality and looks great in any home gym.

I bought this bench for my home workouts. My home workouts are done in the comfort of my own living room so for me it was important that the bench was foldable and easily stowed away It is indeed these things but be aware it does not not fold completely flat, it is approx 20-30cm off the floor so it still needs some decent space to be kept out of the way, especially when you take into account the legs of the bench stick out the sides a little The finish of the bench is very professionally done. It looks neat and tidy but very sturdy and secure at the same time, not at any point did I feel like my posture or health and safety was compromised whilst lifting weight and I was lifting 28kg dumbbells on each side. The structure itself is made of steel and the cushion of the bench is very comfortable on the back and shoulders when lying in any of the positions The bench can be adjusted to sit in a variety of positions which gives you full access to a variety of exercises ranging from chest workouts, shoulders, triceps and abdominals. The reason I have taken 1 star off and it is potentially minor gripe, is that when the bench is in an inclined position, the seat can't be adjusted to sit up slightly to stop your body sliding down the bench. Minor gripe but still affects the effectiveness of this product. There was a reviewer on the. Com platform whom stated the bench can't be flattened completely but this is simply not true as shown in the attached images Overall, a good addition to my home workout equipment and I would recommend

I’ve had this product for over two months and I can say it’s strong for my use. I also got frame and other attachments for it again easy to put together with clear instructions. However I would recommend using your own tools to assemble this product.

If you can get it for £169 then it's great value. There's a very detailed review on here already, so I'm not going to duplicate the effort but it is good quality and relatively easy to assemble. Having said that, the price seems to have shot up right after I bought mine, and I don't think I would have paid more for home equipment.

This is my first rack. I have been using this rack for a few weeks now. I am 6'1 and I am able to do chin ups in, though sometimes my feet hit the floor, either way it still usable. I can also squat and bench inside the rack without any issues. Sometimes its a little difficult doing lunge style squats inside the rack, I have attached safety arms to the outside of the rack to perform them in front of the rack. My only complaint about the chin up bars is that its smooth metal, light gnarling would have been nice for some grip. I worked around this by wrapping hockey tape around the bars for the chin up part, works perfectly. I do weighted chin ups and it feels sturdy to me. My only other complaint about it is that it has no way to secure to the floor. I worked around this by putting "all-round" over the feet and screwing into the floor (able to do so where I have it). This keeps it from tipping and sliding when doing dips off of the dip attachment i bought, and also when doing any band work where I am standing out from the rack. You can also use 6' barbells with this rack if you are limited on space like me. The collars will be really close to the safeties which can be annoying but they will sit safely outside the J hooks and safety pins. I probably wont be able to push the limits of this for a while, I am only ~160 lbs and only bench ~165 lbs and squat ~170 lbs though I feel like this rack can handle heavier loads (it's tubular steel). I bought some additional j hooks and safety arms for the outside. The option for attaching a lat pull down machine is a bonus (if it ever comes back in stock); however I was able to build my own upper and lower cable system off of the rack. I built it a few weeks ago, I have only checked the bolts once and all were still as tight as they were when I put it together. Assembly was pretty straight forward, I was able to do it by myself without any issues. The fact that it uses 1" holes means there are A LOT of compatible attachments.

E' davvero un bel oggetto. Panca molto solida, facile da gestire per gli esercizi e da ripiegare in modo che non occupi tanto spazio in casa. Anche il prezzo non è esagerato per la qualità del prodotto. Comprata con gli sconti del black friday è stata davvero un affare. Sono molto soddisfatto e ne raccomando l'acquisto.

our wellness center is being renovated so bought this hoping it would fill the gap for then 6 months then I would donate it/give it away ... very pleasantly surprised ... packed great, built great - assembly simple (6 bolts w/tool supplied and done) ... the "no gap" seat is a big deal ... glad I read reviews and purchased that version ... literally seamless/comfortable for various exercises ... that version also has the extra and important 30 degree position ... a home run at a great price

Honnêtement je suis agréablement surpris. Que ce soit sur la rapidité de livraison que sur le produit lui même . Produit en partit déjà monté, en 10 min fonctionnel. D’un très bon confort et d’une très bonne solidité. Reste plus cas faire une séance avec ce produit. 👍💪
