I have tried a lot of products and always looking for the next great purchase to keep my 2000 Boxster (black in color) looking its best. Just finally used it and I am IMPRESSED! This stuff goes on easily. You use very little product and it cleans off easily. Leave an AMAZING shine and really makes the black look deep. I am vey happy with this product.

We have 2 classic cars we restored and put in shows, along with our regular daily drivers. Some of the cars are darker colors, like grey, blue, or black, and the others are white and a light seafoam green. The problems I've had with other waxes, including other higher end products was streaking, and not being able to remove the swirls. Not so with Black light. This is hands down the best wax I have ever used. The application is simple, and I've done it in shade as well as sun, both with excellent results. Use a microfiber applicator to apply, thin, not thick coats in a circular motion. Then wait - let it set for 15 minutes. Final step - use a clean microfiber cloth to remove. It removes so easy, and leaves no swirl or haze like other waxes. The depth of shine is also noticeable. It makes the paint smooth with a deep shine, no matter the color or if its metallic or not. It just looks great. Bonus - it even smells great! I was so impressed I ordered a few more of their products and we'll be testing those shortly. For years I've bought and tried almost everything at stores and car shows and nothing impressed me. Black Light impresses me so much I'll be using it exclusively from now on. It's really that good.

Awesome, Awesome Product!!! The shine is amazing. I was going to apply it with a hand buffer, but instead attempted to do it by hand. The manual labor was amazing. I can’t wait to drop the orbital buffer on it next. A must but for Black or dark paint colors!

It works very well. While it leaves the paint very slippery and shiny, the best part about this product is how easy it is to buff off. I have used many products and nothing comes off as easily as this. And it also smells incredible. Clay bar beforehand is essential to make buffing it off effortless. Make sure you use the correct pad and use very little pressure or spreading it will be difficult.

Okay... Let me say this first and foremost, this is a decent product. Of Course Chemical Guys makes some extremely over -the-top claims. However, no product can do all the things that Chemical Guys claim their products can do. Regarding this product, Black Light DOES NOT remove scratches and swirl marks... I know Chemical Guys tell you it do, but it DOSE NOT, however it did blend and reduce the appearance of minor to moderate scratches and swirl marks... The product reduces them very well. I was pleasantly surprised by this so that was good... Now the shine.... At first I wasn't overly impressed by the shine it left, but then I went back about 2 hours later and did another pass with my microfiber towel and took at step back and was like hmmm, not bad.... The second day there was some dust from over night on my truck (Black 2009 Chevy Avalanche), I wiped the dust off and I was I couldn't believe it looked better the second day. Now you can't always take another persons word on the quality of the shine/gloss look because we all have our own perspective on what looks good. Now it wasn't hard to apply... I used an applicator....Put on and light to moderate coating.... I let it sit for about 45 minutes...(I got distracted with other things) the directions say 15-20 minutes... It was not hard work getting it off, but it took slight work, maybe because I left on for double the time.... Overall, this product is decent, I have only used it once on 04/05/18 and today is 04/06/18. We are expecting rain and snow tonight, lets see how it holds up after that... But over-all I will give it another shot when the weather breaks, but this time, I will add the Chemical Guys'16 Hybrid V7 Optical Select High Gloss Spray Sealant after and see what kind of shine/gloss it will leave.... I never read the 5 Star Reviews because its mostly people who work for the company or paid by the company to write... 2 star, 3 star and 4 star reviews; you can get a more of an honest picture of the product... I hope this feedback help.... I do like it after one use, and I will use it again after the weather breaks, then I will write another review to give an update on how it held up after snow and rain...next time, ill add a pic...

As advertised and reviewed. Did the application with a Chem Guys applicator 6 pack purchased here in the AM when it was 70 degrees, no sun. It went on easy, waited 15 mins, it came off easy. Beautiful glossy shine on my black Model S.

ives been thru a lot of waxes on my cars trying to find one that does everything i need. this was does it all. i was really impressed with how easy was to remove and the shine was very impressive. a little on the pricey side but worth it

The product was good, I did not craybar my car as it is still quite new. Easy to apply and clean off. Will need long time to know if this product last.

A lot of products on the market make all sorts of promises regarding how they will instill exceptional shine, colour, etc. but this one actually delivers. It is actually incredible what this can do to a dark coloured car - the depth of colour and gloss are extraordinary and the product applies very easily. One thing to note - this is not a wax or a sealant. For best results, wash the car thoroughly using a good quality exterior shampoo, use a clay bar to remove any surface contaminants embedded in the paint/clear coat, then apply BlackLight. Finish by applying a good quality wax (I prefer carnauba paste) to protect the finish and impart good water shedding properties for the ultimate protection.

The product is highly recommended, very good product it leaves high gloss and it fills micro scratches

Excelente producto para revivir o intensificar el brillo de colores oscuros. Lo aplique una fina capa y lo deje que se curará por 15-20 minutos, y la forma de retirarlo es sumamente fácil. Los resultados fueron mejor de lo que pensé y definitivamente superó mis expectativas, y lo mejor es que ayuda a difuminar los micro rayones, aquellos que parecen telarañas y al final deja el acabado espejo y una pintura más clara y profunda. The best car shine sealant ever. I read a lot of review about it but you have to experience it to believe it. Polished the car along with my bro in law. He was equally if not more amazed. I am hooked to this for a long long time to come. At least till Chemical Guys comes up with a better product than this Word off advise. Use good quality microfibres to apply and then buff this. It’s kind of silly to spend so much on a product this good and use ‘a dirty rag’ to clean the car.
