Me gusta porque es pequeño y no estorba y magnifico para ejercitar las piernas y muy fuerte y estable, no se voltea ni se mueve de lugar, y no es pesado, lo puedes levantar fácilmente y ponerlo en un sitio donde no estorbe pero tenerlo a la mano, lo recomiendo ampliamente

الشريط الداخلي غير مرن لانه مصنوع من القماش فأنثاء التمرين توجد صعوبه و لا توجد مرونه ابداً ، غير لائق للتمرين ابداً
