908R 44Oz Bar Blender, 2 Speed, 1 HP, Black (HBB908R)

This is a great blender. We use this behind our bar and we're blending margaritas all day long. Every once in a while we have to change it because we've just blown out the motor, but it's been fantastic for us.

I like the blender overall, but I'm not sure I'd buy it again. The seal at the bottom where the blade gears exit the jar fails, causing whatever you're blending to leak out. This leads to a messy cleanup and could potentially result in bacteria growth since food gets trapped in that area, and there's no way to properly clean it. Even running clean water through it after cleaning causes black goo to leak out, which seems like the gasket material breaking down. Now I'm concerned that this could contaminate the food being blended.

This Blender didn’t even last me a year on my Food Truck! It did leak on the bottom all the time. Powerful but now it’s grinding where it turns the blade and the pitchers… Sucks it didn’t last longer…

I have a small concession stand selling frozen drinks and this blender is perfect for me. It breaks down ice and mixes drinks in a matter of seconds, keeping my customer line moving! #pinacolada

Me gusto pero no se como remplazaremos las cuchillas es para negocio y se tienen que cambiar cada 3 meses

Doesn't have a hole in lid to add extra ingredients. It needs a fair amount of liquid to blend ice and frozen fruit or you have to turn off, remove lid and Manually sir.
