Have used these for a week now and they appear to work fine. They hold on the barbell tightly and seem to be well made.

In the gym one day recently, loaded up 95lbs of plates on the bar…. Take a step back for some back squats and the right side of the bar loses all the plates followed immediately by the left side. Played went flying across the gym, other plates hitting the wall. Total complete embarrassment. I immediately got online and ordered these for my safety and everyone around me. Moments after it happened to me, I head a loud bang, I look up in the mirror, it happened to another guy. I got these in the white. They are a bit big and kind of bulky but lightweight. They lock-in fairly easy and even easier with unlocking. I love the white and also the rubber along the outside. I was able to hold the rubber part and it gave me more grip to lock these in place. Highly recommend for safety, a piece of mind. Especially if your gym does not provide them.

These seem to be very well constructed. The first time I tried to use them I thought I had made a mistake buying them. The clamp was very difficult to close. Impossible one handed, and a workout with both hands. However I left them clamped on the bar for a couple of hours then tried them on and off a couple of times and they were fine. So don't panic the first time you use them. Probably better not to store them clamped on the bar. I'll have to see how well they hold up for a while, then bump them up (or down) a star accordingly. For now I'm happy with them.

These are great. So much better than the standard barbell clips. I got these for the garage gym and a set of pink ones for my wife’s baby barbell in her office. Probably get the red/black pair next just to have options and because they will match the highlights on my gym shoes.

I’ve been using these USA made Olympic barbell collars for five years now, and they’ve held up exceptionally well. The locking mechanism is still strong, they keep my plates secure during heavy lifts, and I haven’t had any issues with them loosening over time. It’s nice knowing they’re built to last. One of my favorite features is how easy they are to clip on and off the bar. As you can see from the photos, the quick release lever makes changing weights fast and effortless, even in the middle of a workout. They lock into place with very little effort but still feel incredibly secure. If you’re looking for durable, easy to use barbell collars that will stand the test of time, these are an excellent choice. After five years of regular use, I’d buy the same pair again without hesitation.

These barbell collars are good quality. I currently use them on my barbell. They work quite well. They are a bit pricier than other barbell collars, but they're well worth the money. I use them for Squats, Bench Presses, Rows, Bicep Curls, and other exercises. I have encountered no problems with them so far. They're a fantastic product. If you own a barbell, buy these collars. You won't regret your purchase.
