Both great tools
Super happy with this purchase. The tool with the rubber handle fit the spokes on my wheel and I was able to straighten it out nicely. The all metal too isnt as ergonomic but fits multiple spoke sizes which is great if you need it, which I didn’t. But it was good to have anyway. And can’t beat the price. Much happier riding with a true wheel!

The best spoke wrench for my asian Ebike
What 'size' spoke wrench?: (Not easy to find one that fits!) My Vivi 26" ebike needed some spoke maintenance and I measured the steel spoke diameters as 2.23 to 2.27mm which came close to the 2.3mm 13 Gauge steel spoke type. So, it seemed to be a no-brainer to order a 13G Spoke Wrench. A check of the Vivi parts web page confirmed that both wheels use 13G spokes (longer length for the front wheel). Simple task .... just search Amazon for 13G Spoke wrenches! The search gave a bewildering array of misses and near-misses with a lot of reading to try to find the correct size. Fast forward through 3 months of iterations and multiple wrench buys and I ended up with the set of two: LETUSPORT Bike Spoke Adjustment Wrench which fit the best. Performance of the Red Circular Wrench: This wrench is described as ‘14Model’: Tightening 36 spokes on each wheel is painful. A tension of 130kgf is needed on the drive side of the Rear Motor-hub wheel! I ended up using this Vinyl Coated circular unit since it had a bit more leverage and felt more comfortable. The down side: This ‘14Model’ wrench is a bit loose for the Square-sided Spoke nipples and tended to round-out the nipples. The flat-to-flat measured Vivi 13G spoke nipple square diameter ranged from 3.60 to 3.63mm (new and not rounded). The mating opening of the wrench was 3.69 to 3.71mm which confirmed the loose fit. This wrench held up well after tightening several hundred nipples. Performance of the Multi-Size Circular Spoke Wrench (8slot heavy metal): The wrench as 3-sided square slots labeled: 10 (largest gap),11,12,13,14 and 15 (Smallest Gap). The 13 slot apparently does not correspond to a 13Gage spoke nipple; it was quite loose. The slot measured 3.94mm (vs 3.62 for the Nipple). The wrench has two ‘14’ slots which were not used initially, since the fit was very tight. Further inspection showed that one slot was only 3.56mm while the other measured 3.63 which was very snug. Dressing the wider ‘size14’ very lightly with a small file removed a few burrs, producing a smooth but snug fit. Recommendations: 1. For initial, fast tightening of spokes, use the Red Wrench. 2. For final tightening, switch to the size ‘14’ larger slot on the MultiSize Metal wrench. It will minimize spoke rounding at high torque settings but takes a bit longer for the snug fitting to the nipple. 3. Add dry lube, linseed oil, or a suitable spoke lubricant for major jobs such as wheel rebuilding to make the job easier. Observations and more details: 1. It appears that round steel spokes have varying nipple flat sizes. The Vivi 13gage spokes do not fit with the most popular wrenches (including the Park Tools SW6 Ehub Wrench which fits 3.7mm flats). The only wrench manufacturer that I found offers the correct specification wrench of “3.60mm/13G” is from IceToolz which is not available at Amazon. 2. Consider dressing the the appropriate slot of your multislot wrench slightly if the fit is too tight.

Worked fine for moderate tuning of reasonably new spokes.
Our four bikes have had a number of spills over the years and I decided to tune the wheels to remove some of the wobbles. If you are going to get rid of minor wobbles, or half remove some larger wobbles, this spoke wrench will do the trick. While you can buy or set up a jig and completely remove tires and tubes to do this like processionals do, for moderate straightening you can use this inexpensive wrench with bike simply turned over and using brake to detect wobbles and straighten them most of the way. I just flip over the bike and spin wheel while slowly pushing one brake pad and watching for place where rim bumps out a bit. I then use a pencil to mark the spot of furthest outward movement. Then I adjust about five or six spokes, loosening three and tightening three on the opposite rim side. I will say that you should be careful if the bike is old/has a lot of exposure to elements. Two bad things can happen due to rust. Firstly the spokes can snap. In the case of observable I would take off tire and tube, and spray the threaded parts of spokes and also the threaded parts of nuts or "spoke caps" with wd 40. Also if the top of the spoke cap is rusted, turning it can blow your tube, so you want the tube off while you turn. I can not speak to the specifics of the hardness of the alloy/s used in this tool, but I adjusted about 50 spokes on four bikes using this wrench and it did not fail or strip out.

Good tools for adjusting spoke tightness. Good value. Easy to use and small to fit in tool pouch

Size readings
The readings on the multi-size spike tool are hard to read.

my thoughts
Good product I have to order these every time I get ready to use one to tighten the smoke up on my bicycle E bike wheels so I am glad they are inexpensive and very thankful. Be nice to have a place where I can keep them. I’m gonna try to hold onto this one no problem with shipment received order Everything in package as described.

Perfect fit for Schwinn 26" bike and only use 1/4 or 1/2 turn per adjustment
This worked like a champ. The red thing fit perfectly and with 1/2 turns at the warped spot tightening on one side and loosening on the opposing side the rim was straight and not rubbing the brakes. Thank you for making a decent product

Took the 6$ gamble, and won
Seen this for 6 dollars and thought oh that's not going to be good. Read the reviews and said "it can't be that bad". Took the gamble DnD ordered it anyway as I needed it and couldn't justify paying 30 for a "good" one. It arrived very fast like 3 days and I live in a remote spot.. It worked perfectly. I took my time (as I was scared from the reviews) and it worked beautifully I'm sure the 30 ones are better some how. I'm also sure for 6 dollars your not wasting your money. It worked perfect for me and it's now part of my kit. Don't be jabby Mark the slot that works best for you Don't try to over tighten.
