Waste of money, not at all fire safe
The hob glass broke after 2 years, that too suddenly. KAFF is asking money to repair it, nearly the same price as the product. Not at all long lasting. Please avoid.

Two small burners are of same size, one could have been smaller for low flame requirements
Blue flame indeed, but one burner could have been small and low flame. The control not effective for low flame.

Kaff is cheating the buyers
even after 37 days the burst hob is neither repaired nor replaced. The contact numbers of Kaff given the site appear to be fake. e-mail sent also is not responded. Local area manager never picks up calls. Indeed Kaff is not only cheating the buyers but also the device is a life hazard

Its like a sweet poison you attract and traped
Please 🙏 dont buy this within 5 years 2 time burner replaced one time under warranty and one time 5600 for tornado type for long run as original not work more then year inbuilt ignition coil changed two times 350 each and every year or early need service which they charge is 750 and 350 for visit the total waste of this garbage metrial used even the burner base rusted and got big hole now 1650 for replacement + 750 for service

Burner getting rusted very fast
In less than 24 hours of use the burner got rusted . After less than 3 months power generator got unserviceable and Kaff technician saying I need to replace it and cost will be ₹2300 and it doesn’t come under warranty . Overall a very bad experience . Don’t buy this product .
