Guacamole Sharing Size – Guacamole Artificially Flavored Rolled Tortilla Chips

As far as I can tell, nobody but Amazon offers this flavor and it is the best of all of the Takis flavors. There is a little bit of heat; otherwise, it tastes exactly like guacamole. Fortunately I had some Frozen. I like to make guacamole with tomatillos not tomatoes. I like to mix in a few black beans and of course lime, onions. I use it as a dip. So I dip these Takis into it, and then go to heaven. Here at Amazon you can also buy the Fiesta Nacho Cheese soup by Campbell's -- it makes a great dip right out of the can, for these Takis. I will keep buying them!

Is it over priced for the size? Yes. Can I buy them where I am, no. Its just as it says. And they're delicious.

These cost a quarter to almost a fifth of the price to buy at the grocery store, but even before they changed the design of the bag they were somewhat difficult to find in guacamole flavor. Now that they have redesigned the bags (used to be white, now purple) and after a year of them not being available on the shelves, most stores have not started carrying them again like the W mart or the red bullseye, so you are at the mercy of supply and demand pricing. My husband bought me one overpriced bag as a Christmas gift and I will say the bag was fresh and tasted great (although a bit spicier than I remembered before the bag was redesigned). I just wish I could buy direct from the manufacturer or lived somewhere like Texas where different Taki flavors are widely available because guacamole is one of the rarest flavors to find.

I'm not big on spicy anything, but I can't get enough of these and I can't find them in any store so far...I heard they were discontinued which makes me sad, but I'll keep buying them until they are no longer available.

It is not bad flavor and not very spicy, which I did appreciate. I’m not big on super spicy chips or food in general. I wasn’t too keen on how much herb taste there was though. I’m pretty sure it is cilantro and while it is something I’m used to in my household, it was just too much of it. It overpowered the guacamole flavoring on the chips. If they weren’t so overly seasoned, they would be great chips. They did arrive at a timely manner and I did share them with work friends. 🙂

Please lower the price. this is ridiculous why are these so expensive for 1 small package?

My husband has been on the search in every grocery store we go to. The guacamole flavor seems to have been replaced by the blue fuego and they just aren't the same. I purchased these for his birthday. Most of the bags looked good but there were a lot of crushed pieces at the bottom. We recently crushed them up more and breaded our salmon with them. Just the right level of kick. Versatile for cooking!
