Philips 9008 VisionPlus Upgrade Headlight Bulb with up to 60% More Vision, 1 Pack

Didn't know the main bulb in my KLR650 motorcycle was an auto bulb. Tried this one and it fit perfectly and I "think" its a little brighter but maybe the OEM was getting dim before burning out. Can't rate Longevity now as its only day old. Was very happy to be able to buy just one.

The packaging was broken, leaving the bulb exposed. I made sure to wipe it down good with rubbing alcohol, but I expected a new product to be sent in better condition.

I replaced the factory bulbs with these because they said 60% brighter.!.....can see or tell the diff.save your money

I purchased a set (2) of these bulbs to resolved a "LEFT / RIGHT CORNING LIGHT" error on a BMW 335i (2010). Perfect fit and are certainly better than the stock bulbs.To replace the bulb on a 3 series, you will need to open the hood and remove the weather seal that runs in front of the radiator towards each light (two pieces). Above each light there is a plastic cover with 3 screws. Remove screws and pop of cover to gain access into the light housing. By pushing down and out on the spring arms the bulb can be removed from the housing. When replacing the bulb, handle the bulb with powder-free gloves to ensure that you do not transfer any finger-oils onto the the surface of the bulb; or the life of the bulb will be very short! Absolutely replace both corning bulbs even if only one is burned out.

When my one headlight went out, I decided that it was time to upgrade to something that would provide more light than my factory bulbs. While I wanted a brighter bulb, I didn't want something that cost a lot. These bulbs provide a substantial improvement in light output and visibility without breaking the bank. I'm very pleased with the result as I now have a wider field of vision with these bulbs. My teenage daughter is also pleased as it means that she can see better when driving at night.

The Philips H3 VisionPlus bulbs are great in the Hella 500FF driving light housings.I can finally see when driving at night in my 2014 Cherokee Trailhawk.The light goes way down the road and lights up the side of the road also.The Hella lens gets real warm so it should melt snow and ice real good.The stock projector lights are totally inadequate.Using a Pilot 4 channel wireless remote to control the lights.

I give this four and a half Stars. Has a nice white bright light. Only had it in for a week so we'll see how long it will last. It is installed as an auxiliary light on a motorcycle.Update one year later. Still works great! Very happy with this bulb really makes my auxiliary lamp stand out.

I replaced the OE bulb for the first time on my 2014 Honda Accord Sport. I only replaced one side, but this bulb puts out the same color and pattern of light as the original bulb on the opposite side.

I wish the Brightness was 10 % stronger but same quality as the originals that came with the car

They work great! Nice and bright, fit well on the OEM plug ins, and they have been working now for about 6 months and havnt burnt out

Awesome night vision, great in the rain, snow on a 2003 Chevy Tracker 4x4.Much, much better then any OEM headlights l have used.

Lights up the road MUCH better than the crappy bulbs I had been using for years. Wish I had these years ago!
