I had my doubts about these when I initially placed the order, but they're a great item for the price. I had to iron them to remove the wrinkles; be sure to iron them using a very low temp. I've had them up for a couple months now and they have yet to show any signs of mildew or mold. They dry very quickly. They're moderately sheer, so I still have mini-blinds behind the curtains in case the shower is being used at night, etc.I made a few modifications to mine in order to make the tie-backs work the way I wanted. The tie-backs already come with button holes sewn in them, so I sewed a button onto one end of each of the tie-backs. I then sewed one end of each of the tie-backs to the curtains themselves. This allows me to easily button the tie-backs to hold the curtains open.
