Happy with the product. So far have used it twice....once the waffles were crispy and another time they were soft ...my take: this waffle maker works and I just need to figure out the right batter consistency. The waffle maker should reach high temperatures and this one does.

The media could not be loaded. Letters printed on the product are gone when cleaning with damp cloth it is too bad branded products won't happen like this
