I've tried a few brands over the years but always come back to this one. It has to be the ingredient mix, which is a unique stack. It just simply works and I feel physical and cognitive relief.

I have been using this product for quite some time. For those who do not know, SOD is an endogenous antioxidant meaning that it is one of the antioxidants created by the body as opposed to exogenous antioxidants such as Vitamin C or E. SOD is quite effective of neutralizing certain oxidants - these oxidants create problems, that is why antioxidants are so helpful. Keep in mind that antioxidants work as a team. I found it quite helpful to supplement a full spectrum of antioxidants and I usually cycle them which means I do not take the same every day with the exception of Vitamin C and E. I will give a recommendation for Quali C which is the best C IMO and if you take Vitamin E, make sure it is the natural form (not synthetic which is labeled as DL).

I've been taking this product on and off for 3+ years now Positives: 1. As other reviewers have posted, it really does reduce a post meal exhaustion crash, in fact, it has almost eliminated it entirely for me. Also, I feel more mentally acute throughout the day. 2. I've also noticed that my hunger has drastically decreased from where it used to be before taking this supplement. I simply don't get hungry between meals anymore, and only a little after 5 hours. 3. I've noticed that my eyes feel less strained throughout the day, can focus better also. 4. I've noticed its easier to fall asleep and stay asleep with a better balanced immune system via anti-oxidants. Negatives 1. My intestines were un-accustomed to this type of herbs and SOD w/catalase and took a while to adjust. But once you adjust, no problems. 2. A slight feeling of bloatedness and slight intestinal discomfort that has receded after 3 weeks of use, but occasionally shows up. But it's useful since you don't get hungry as often 3. My stools have gotten a tad harder and I even had a small amount (less than half a teaspoon) of blood with one or two bowl movements when I began taking 3 pills per day. However my intestines seem to have adjusted after 3 weeks, and I no longer get these types of movements and instead I think they are far healthier now than they were before I began. Fiber supplements may help your body adjust better. Recommend easing into taking this supplement so you don't over-whelm your body that doesn't have enzymes used to breaking down these types of ingredients. I will review more when I've taken it for 3 months, then again at 6 months. it is too soon to see any effects like skin quality, or hair color / grey hair returning to color. but here's hoping. Edit: Been taking for 3+ years now. Still feel healthier. I'm 38 years old and I still get carded for looking young. I took some last week before drinking rum and gin heavily and my buzz went away within two hours, and I felt normal afterward. I average 1-2 pills a day. and take 2 days off a week from them. I just gave blood a few weeks ago, and the nurses were amazed at the test results, my blood was acting like mid-20 year old. I sort of feel like this supplement helps your body maintain balance. I've noticed I can tolerate peanut butter a LOT better than I used too. In fact, foods that used to make me feel queezy or sick, my body handles them better. As far as skin health, I have much less inflammation than before taking these. June 2016: 9 months taking these now, have not gained any new gray hairs, but haven't seen any go back in color either. In fact several people remark that I look 2-3 years younger than I am. My eye sight is also slightly improved with these, mostly it seems clearer. Also, I can be outside for an hour or more without sunscreen and have no burns. ~My 70 yr old mother has been taking them for 1.5 months and is having a blood test in January, she is labeled pre-diabetic, but otherwise healthy. Will report if that changes in review at that time. ~She got results back on her blood test and no significant changes were detected in her pre-diabetic levels, which I view as a good thing, but she says she's sleeping better. ~ a few months later, and I can tell she has more color in her skin than 6 months ago, overall healthy improvement ( June 2016 ) 2019, I stopped taking for a year, and have noticed my skin still staying younger, but a few more grey hairs, so starting back up again. Also, the price of these has returned down to a more affordable amount.

Excelente producto, llevo mas de 6 meses tomando este SOD. I am a supplement fiend. I really research them all, and notice whether they work or don't, but rarely write reviews. So far, I think this might be the most potent thing I've found after pycnogenol. Both me and my husband have significant skin and overall health improvements, and I honestly think he has lost his grey hairs (despite having much more stress since about a month and a half ago when first started taking this). Despite taking an array of supplements, this one is the only recent change to attribute these improvements to in the last month or so. Also, enteric coated without using gluten was a must on this product. I am careful to take it on an empty stomach regularly, but my husband hasn't even been taking it regularly. Really incredible.
