I was sceptical as to which one to buy but went with this Fegsy based on the ratings on this product and their other products. Now after 2 weeks of usage, I dont regret it at all. The bands and hooks are of high quality. I primarily use it instead of his dumbells and weights and enjoys my workout session. It is indeed strong and tough and not as easy as I thought (when used in multiples). The only negative is, the black one (40 lb) sort of feel tougher than the red one (50 lb). Not a big deal and it could just be me. Overall, a very good product and am a satisfied customer. Thanks Fegsy for the wonderful product.

Had ordered resistance bands before this and those broke within two days of usage. Ordered these as these cost cheaper than Bahu and Fitmammal. I thought there would be compromise on the quality but nothing as such. Natural latex is strong and durable (usin for a week) and the tubes are nicely attached to the ends, so no chance of breakage there. The resistances are also approximate to the mentioned ones. Go for it.

I have been a weight training person for more than two decades. Started using resistance tubes because of lockdown. I totally recommend this set for its usability and durability and built quality. The restraint is good enough to be tucked in the door, and the ropes are aptly flexible. I have pulled and extended them to their fullest. So much so, that I am in two minds about rejoining my gym now! You don't even need much space to do the workout. And the best thing about working out from home is that the time spent in commuting to the gym is saved! If you are a person that lacks the natural motivation to workout, you could still buy this for your cheat days!!

As you tie the leg bands the Velcro comes right off. That’s the only con. Rest the product is good.

After a lot of research and checks in anazon on various brans and products on resistance bands, finally decided to try with this brand.. Once i received the product, i was really happy with the build quality and it was as per the specifications as mentioned in amazon.. The package included the following: 1. 1 extra light resistance band - yellow 2. 1 light resistance band - green 3. 1 medium resistance band - red 4. 1 heavy resistance band - blue 5. 1 extra heavy resistance band - black 6. 2 handles 7. 2 ankle strap 8. 1 door anchor 9. 1 bag which contained these items I have been using the bands for 1 month now.. they are well built, good quality, excellent finishing.. does not look like cheap quality.. Moreover, as per the price, overall the product is really good.. Do try them out if you want to keep fit at home only by using these quality resistance bands and thus avoid going outside to some extent.. Stay happy.. Stay safe..

Quality wise these bands are good. But resistance load is too light. May be good for beginners or children. You have to combine 3-4 bands together if you want to get your muscles into little bit of work. If you have been training for a while then I recommend flat band which has more resistance load.

They are made of very cheap quality rubber. 40lb band broke clean on the first strech and I was not even exercising just hooking it and making sure if it is locked. Secondly they are not of the weight as written on the bands. It feels really light as compared to high quality decathlon bands. Better if you 1-2 high quality expensive bands rather than these number rof cheap bands. They wont do you any good.

For teenagers wanting to start their fitness journey or 40 + people not wanting to put pressure on their joints, resistance bands are the best option. These bands by fegsy are ideal because they are of increasing weights and you can use them in combination to progressively increase the load on your muscles. They can be used to increase strength, endurance or toning of your muscles. The latex is not smelly which happens with cheap resistance bands and very strong.
