Feels good and looks good, and I was looking forward to a long relationship, but it didn't last long. I attempted to use the camera in dim light conditions, but it didn't perform as it did before the cover was in place. When the cover was removed, it was much better. Secondly, I attempted to pay in a cheque to the bank, online, using a photo. The photo was rejected many times, until I realised the cover might be the problem, because of the previous difficulty, explained above. Once the cover was removed, the photo was accepted by the bank and the cheque was paid in. Obviously the clear plastic covering the camera does have a bad affect on an otherwise superb camera.

What can i say since preciously owning a note 8 and currently now the note 10+ in anticipation for the new note 20 i had issues when owning a note 8 where the back camera cut out didnt have and protection. Now im not clumsy when it comes to phones but unfortunately when owning the note 8 my back camera glass ended up smashing for reasons unknown when them getting the note 10+ i purchased a case that has screen procector for front and back glass and also screen procector for the camera and its been great. I was looking for weeks for a case for my new note 20 ultras arrival amd i stumbled upon this one from alot of zooming in and checking it came to my attention that the case was similar to the one i have for my note 10 + to my relief it was exactually the same with full protection over both glass and back camera so if you want ultimate proctection look no further :)

Well to be fair I started to like this case. Its well made and rugid. It took a little while for the finger print scanner to settle, but it got there before the day was out. However, I just found a big down side with this waterproof case. That is the cover over the lens. It really doesn't damage the quality of the image until you need the flash. Then with the flare from the lamp reflecting back onto the lens, you may as well put your phone away. You'd have better quality memories. I may try to put something around the flash to remove the air gap between the lamp and cover. This should in theory resolve the issue. Failing that it'll need to go back as any other adjustments may render the warranty useless and compromise the water tightness of the cover. Which I can't attest works as I don't make the habit of using my phone underwater.

The frame of the case looks quite strong, however the transparent bit of the case seems very weak and not sure if that will take a strong hit, time will tell I guess. Also finger print is useless, not working which is so annoying (I was already annoyed with the location of the finger print for Samsung S20 Note Ultra 5G).

I've only marked this down on 2 points. The screen cover when typing or just using the phone seems to bounce off the screen somewhat witch makes it feel very clunky, the second point the case completely cover the speaker so the sound becomes a bit muffled and also course's the phone to vibrat.On the plus side, the case seems well made and solid.

Update....fingerprint sensor seems to be working better today, still not everytime but is alot better than yesterday so happy again.Can't get the fingerprint sensor to work properly. It works sometimes but mostly not. Installed the case like it said and now wish I didnt waste my money it.Is a nice case apart from that.

Loving the case on my Note 20 Ultra, feel very safe having it protecting my phone, however, the only thing lets me down is the finger print position, it was right qhere the screen was but found it very hard to reconise my finger print, sometime it doesnt detect it.

Good solid case, will protect phone. Two problems I have had with phone since using the case are1. Fingerprint does not work...I followed all instructions.2. The fingerprint circle buit in the plastic case, is so annoying when using the phone for everyday viewing, its always there to distract you.
