They said they that needs to try the extended warranty that I purchased. I had to explain to the manufacturer that I shouldn’t have to pay for anything for this because it’s under a year old he just offered me a brand new battery if I pay for shipping and handling I’m very upset with this company and I am going to contact everybody that I can about this particular company, grandson cannot ride his toy. He just became unafraid of it.
