Love this product, always tastes good. Chop it up, mix it up with boiled eggs, olives, mayo for a spam salad - good for sandwiches. Or fry it up and serve with whatever else you like for comfort food. Easy peasy.

This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased this case of Lower Sodium Spam (12) from this seller. Both times there were no issues w shipping, delivery or packaging. It’s a good idea to keep some Spam on hand-just in case. It lasts a very long time, YEARS!- and can be eaten as-is in an emergency though tastes best warmed or fried. I also always take a can w me in my backpack when I go camping/hiking even though I rarely eat it. You just never know when you’ll need protein and fat. The tin can be used to make a fire too if you carry the right things in your B.O.B. All in all, I’ll keep buying them from this seller as my family enjoys Spam for breakfast.

We buy this low sodium Spam now that we have to cut back on salt. To me I am ok with this lower salt. I find that I fry this one more than the regular Spam. Just tastes better this way to me. Hubby can eat it right out of the can. Like numerous reviews have said Spam is a very versatile food( ? ) so far we haven’t had a bad can and hopefully not in the future. Oh and the other reason we buy lower sodium Spam on Amazon it is hard to find in our town.

Didn't think I would but I love this Spam! Tasty, easy to use and easy to store. Priced just right. Sandwich fixings, breakfast food, dinner combinations. Just gab and go!

Perfect, worth every penny

I grew up eating Spam. It was exceedingly salty, but as a child, I loved it. Now I am extremely aware of the amount of salt I consume, so it has been many years since I ate Spam.I purchased Spam with 25% less salt because i was nostalgic. I am delighted! Great flavor, and just enough salt to flavor the meat but not overcome it. I cut some into a Ramen soup, YUM! I made some Hawaiian fried rice with it, YUM! I made some pasta with Spam, vegetables and Alfredo sauce, YUM!I will be purchasing Spam with 25% less salt again. If you like Spam but shy away from the excessive amount of salt, you should try this one.

Not as salty but still ok because rhis is what my kids like. I still like the original better.
