Reduces snoring
According to my partner who has been having trouble ignoring my epic snoring, the spray significantly reduced the snoring to a level where it could be ignored so that's great. Unfortunately, when i woke up during the night, the spray caused me discomfort because the lining of my throat felt too wet...it was an odd sensation that I didn't like and it felt like I could not swallow my own saliva properly (or swallowing to reduce the amount of saliva in my mouth/throat was ineffective). Its hard to describe. As long as you don't routinely wake up in the middle of the night, this product is great! Tastes okay, kind of minty, could be worse.

Kind of works? But I'm giving 5 stars anyway because I appreciate them trying. Its like trying to put a silencer on a lawnmower. Only so much you can do.

Do not use even if you slightly suspect apnoea
Didn’t want to admit I have apnoea, if you think you do, don’t try this stuff it will just suffocate you.
